I saw this thread earlier today and it was really fun to reply to it. The girl asked what to do with puff pastry so I gave her two recipes. One of the recipes is one of my favorite foods so I hope you guys enjoy it.
Peach Holes

This is a REALLY simple little recipe but the outcome is really yummy and you can make it with any fruit.
All you need is:
Puff Pastry Cups
Powdered Sugar
Peaches
Peach Glaze.
To Make the Peach Mix: Dice up the peaches into little small bits. Mix with the glaze, add sugar to taste.
How to make the rest: Grab the Puff Pastry that's already in a shape of a little bowl/cup. Bake it as directed on the box. Then add the peach mix, top with powdered sugar.
