I was so determined to finish the next chapter of my fan fiction tonight. I read all the previous chapters, read what I've got so far of the current chapter, and thought about what I could do to make this round of imprisonment and torture different.

I even came up with something. I'm not sure how to bring it to what I think could end it, but I do know how to make it more than a repeat of earlier chapters. Sort of. Before I started writing, I decided to try to get online. Gaia is my homepage. I closed OpenOffice about ten minutes ago. I might still manage to get some writing done. I'm still blocked up. I know what I should be doing, and I'm not doing it. I should just be writing. Anything. Anything creative.

Writing exercises. Not journal entries. Journal entries are better than nothing, but they're not what I want to be doing. If I can't focus on one story, I should be writing another. Even if it's just a fragment. But I'm not.

I'm lurking on Gaia, trying and failing to play cards over my dial-up connection, and looking for other people's stories. And listening to music. And not seeing any trolls. Really. Where are they all? Ok, I did see one. Just the girl in the GCD who was posting porn stories. While I'm looking for such stories. Well, better written stories with certain characters.

I should buy a Lunar Cloak to go with this outfit. By the time I've got enough for a Coco, it'll be even more expensive.

It's tempting to buy a few of the other things on my wish list and forget the Coco. If I ever do have enough, I might be tempted to save up for something more expensive instead.

Then again, I'm sure I'd be using the Coco if I had one right now. I think. Hmm. Now that I've got long cat and tacgnol, do I really want a Coco? What should I save up for instead? What could I afford right now?

Mmm, I'd better take another look at my wish list. I don't think I'll put any money into a prom outfit. I'll probably do little more than lurk, anyway.
