What if Buffy characters had superpowers!!

THE STORY: Present Day. (Current Buffy, Angel, Supernatural Comics)
Mutations have started all over the world. Adolescents are spontaneously combusting, walking through walls, and moving things with their minds. Fear sweeps the nation as a new "Super Race" emerges by the hundreds!
Meanwhile, in Sunnydale: Willow Rosenberg has successfully activated all the slayers in the world in a battle against the First. But the victory comes with a price: Slayers are being mistaken for these "Mutant Freaks."
Forced to deal with the existence of Mutants, the military soon finds the existence of witches, vampires, and demons, and place them in the Containment Camps.
No one is safe.
The Watchers Council, now having an abundance of slayers as well as some newly super-powered allies, try to educate the world that these "freaks" are not a danger, in order to prevent war. To further their point, they set up a school to teach these super-powered children how to use their powers for good.
They set up "The (Rupert Giles) Academy for the Gifted."
