22-01-08 Early hours of the morning.

As I lay there, concerntrating my energy, feeling this white energy swirl arround my body I began to drift into sleep. Thats when I remembered something I had read on the internet to help so I tried it. I said to myself in my mind "I am more than my physical body." And rpeated it over and over every couple of seconds.
Eventualy the sleep came, I'd see things in my sleep then instantly be brought back up to the shallow concsiousness when I thought "I am more than my physical body."... This went on for some time, I'd drift away to sleep, then come back, then again, but I was keeping more and more, the state of being asleep. Then, I felt what I have felt once before, my hands grew realy realy warm, but I paid no attention, just kept slipping away then repeating the same thing to myself.

This is when it happened. I had this image come to me, clearer than the dreams, but realy foggy still. I was stood over my own body, asleep on the bed, but there was a mist surrounding me. I stood there for a moment before I noticed that the body on the bed had wings! This kinda wierded me out and I snapped back to reality and opened my eyes, but the weird part was that when I came arround, I felt something in my hands, something as though my hands jerked, but they didn't move.

Perhaps I had almost left my body? I know that it's usualy the arms or legs that leave first and perhaps it was my 'hands' returning to my 'handa' that I felt. As I said I can't wait to try again tonight! Though the part about the wings was realy strange. I myself was a realy shadowy version of me, but the wings were almost bright white... strange ^^
