OC's Name: Kasumi hebi
Specialties: working with dragons, welding, making weapons
Disadvatages: she turns to stone when she gets wet, and only can be turned back if she is kissed by someone of the opposite sex.
Fears: water, jello, ramen
Past: At 16 she left home to become a blacksmith, but no one would hire a girl, so she paired up w/ deidara to make weapons for the akatsuki.
Pets: A dragon named Kaen, who can change his size at will, breathes fire, flys, but has the same water affliction as Kasumi. If she kisses him, he turns back to normal. He has red/orange scales and red/orange/black tiger striped wings.
Crush(es): unknown >_> (shifty eyes)
Likes: her work, dragons, brushing her waist-length hair, playing tricks on deidara.
Dislikes: fire that's too hot, as it burns her work, water, ice, snow.
Partner: Kaen, her dragon, but deals weapons through deidara.
Member of Akatsuki or Ally: Ally, but secretly wants to get in.
Personality: Friendly, random, can be very serious, has a sense of humor, sarcastic, has a good intuition.
Anything Else: she has ice blue eyes and white hair, and a tattoo of a dragon on her back, which has part of Kaen's soul in it so that he can never fully die unless it's removed.
