I don't know if the admins are aware of the glitch or not, but since at least Saturday around 5:30 pm (GMT - 7 hours) there have been some major glitches going on in the marketplace. Lots of people have been buying items and those items show as bought in the store log, but no one gets their things. The gold disappears along with the items and we don't know what's going on. At first I figured it was just some lag going on in the system, but its been close to three days now and still nothing has happened.
So far in the thread that we have been reporting our losses in over a million gold has been lost so far;

-SimplyAh-mazing sold a Heart of Gold for 1800 gold and never recieved the gold, marketplace took the item.
-kyokuron paid 8000 gold for a Musketeer Shirt and never recieved the item.
-Aklesa bought a Nightmare Headband for 500k and she never recieved her item.
-I myself bought a Staff of Angels from Phantom_Daisuke for 407k and he didn't recieve the gold and I never got the item.
-Vyse Reddragon bought Napora Ice Final from Egg0s for 80k and neither recieved anything.
-LacuslovesKira bought Angelic Earmuffs for 5400 and she didn't recieve her item.
-Eilriegn sold her Orindae for 2,200 gold and didn't recieve the gold.
-Moonlit Elegance bought a Frostbite blade for 12,500 gold and didn't recieve the blade or her gold back.
-Toviechan bought a CN scarf for 203k and she didn't recieve her item.
-Janez 21 sold a blue giftbox for 6,900 gold and didn't recieve the gold, but the buyer recieved the item.
-There were several other cases as well, but they either didn't list how much the items sold for or they didn't list the item being sold.
This is a serious problem for all of us that have lost gold and our items to this glitch. Please let us know by either making an announcement, sending back a reply, or posting in the forum if possible about any news regarding this glitch. We would appreciate knowing that something is being done to fix the problem.

I think you should be able to check your outbox too to see if it's been read or not wink
You could also try contacting moderators or developers.
