He doesn't seem to have any real preference at all, maybe because of his changing moods all the time. Sometimes he is specific to what attracts him and sometimes he isn't- Even to some points where nothing attracts him.
Age:
Looks about in his 20's. His actual age however varies from RP to RP.
Appearance/Description:
His hair is a bright blood red colour and very long. He has very sharp teeth... bite your finger off sort of sharp teeth. Ed's tongue is also unusually long and somewhat non-human like. His eyes are a bright gold-ish yellow.
His torso and arms/legs are covered in many scars and on his torso there are a few patches of odd coloured skins. These scars are most probably from experiments but it could be guessed not all of them are. Depend on what he is wearing, it can be easy to mistake him for a woman.
Clothing:
He has black goggles that hide his eyes on most of the time. They have a spike (horn like) on either side for decoration.
When in town/City;
Ed tends to wear somewhat formal looking clothes like vests and formal shirts, ties and coats. He wears boots however (Generally combat or maybe Docs.) and his coat is usually his lab coat or a black coat, the coat's pockets full of various things along with his messenger bag he always has with him.
When on travel through a forest, jungle or similar;
Usually brown and green and other various jungle/forest colours. He usually would wear a cloak which is somewhat cape like. He'd wear his usual boots however.
When travelling though a wasteland, desert or similar;
He wears very light airy plain white cloth that hangs somewhat loosely and baggy around him. It's somewhat yellowed with age but it still works very well. He usually wears a wrap around his head, face and neck to help with covering the rest of his body. However he does not wear boots and instead wears the appropriate light footwear for the area.
Travelling through a tundra, snow-plain, icy areas so forth;
Wears very warm clothing, depending on the level of the cold. I'm working on this, but I'm pretty sure it's self explanatory what one would wear in the cold...
Equipment/Weapons:
Scalpels, Syringes, Various other science/medical equipment, Chemicals, Creations.
Creations:
-Flying tacos with death lazers
-A flying eye-gouging spork.
-Grassy, The Grass-O-Tron. She's a cat made out of grass, with two red jewels for her eyes. That is her normal form, but being an elemental cat, she can be whatever she wishes.
-Fred, A Mechanical dragon. He is made from metal, and can absorb other metals to become bigger.
-Kooko, A strange dragon like bat catish thing, with a triangular sort of face and only one large orb eye. He is small and is about the size of a bat too, but he is growing.
-Herbert, A turtle goose. It has for turtle/goose legs, a long goose neck and head, with a turtle shell to protect it's body.
-Lobster Chicken (Unnamed at the moment.) It has a body of a lobster, the head of a chicken. It's legs are ended with chicken feet. The claws are there own mouths as well, with eyes. It is a three headed monster basically.
-Mosbit, Mosquito rabbit. Body of a rabbit with a thorax and antenna along with the ears. Has the wings of a mosquito.
-Scotrig, A scorpion tiger. Has the body of a tiger but with somewhat of an exoskeleton, looking more like armour and an extra pair of legs. Has the stinger of the scorpion. It also has large black globe bug like eyes instead of tigers, helping it to have extremely fast reactions just like a bug.
-Blotches, these odd creatures seem to be a lot different from the others, made of a weird sticky black tar. They have a humanoid shaped body, with stick like legs with largish feet with a round ovalish body and head attached with a small stick neck. They got have any arms however as their hands are separate from their body. Blotches have no faces however; just a smooth black empowered plate embossed with gold where their face should be. The creatures are able to create more then one set of hands as they drag more of their substance from their main body but there is a limit to four pairs of hands, after that their main body doesn't have enough to create any extra unless it collects more tar like substance. They do have an ability to swallow things and convert them into their substance but this requires a lot of time- It's mainly used to heal if they lost any tar somehow.
-Ferret/Insect.
Personality:
Edward seams to be an out of it person. He thinks of things strangely and takes a lot of things literally. This scientist has certainly not that mentally stable. He tends to be a very sweet nice person at times but he can suddenly turn into a cannibalistic madman within a few seconds, with other varying odd moods in between. This was caused by this experiments- He has been prolonging his life and altering his aging progress. This has affected his mental condition in a negative way. He's oddly good at acting and at times it's questionable as to whether he's acting or is really being truthful in what he's doing.
Stuffffff:
He has what could be considered a weakness, an odd love of all animals and creatures that are non-humanoid. If one was put in front of him whilst he's in a bad mood he'd automatically switch into a happy one and hug the poor thing like crazy. Animals basically keep him calm, happy and well.. Defenceless. Though if the animal in question is seriously trying to kill him, he won't hesitant to fight back. If it's more like the animal is going to be hurt, then Edward will quickly move to defend them.
He also has some weird kind of charisma with animals too, as they just seem to like or come to him.
Currently Edward is just travelling, taking science jobs here and there. He works in science labs usually.
As mentioned in personality, he likes to eat raw flesh and organs- especially from other humanoid creatures.
One really important skill that Ed lacks however is... well.. The ability to swim. He never learnt, seeing as back when he was young, swimming wasn't something you learnt and he's never really bothered when he grew up. He can swim very weakly, like keep himself just above the water if it's calm and still, in worse water conditions he'd most probably not have much of a chance.
Alterations:
He seems to be able to endure a lot of hits. Really he can take quite a beating. This may pose a problem if he's being tortured however, because he could go a very long time taking this punishment. Besides that he seems to be relatively strong, able to keep up a bit of a struggle against weaker demons whom are stronger thena normal man. He's a pretty good runner- but it's not much better speed wise then the average human; he's just a sprinter and can keep it up for a very long time. Besides those, he also has a very strong immune system, which is a problem for others with normal or weak immune systems as this makes him a potential breeding ground for super diseases and such. These effects however only are at their strongest when he's been on his normal diet of meat.
Basically; Altered diet, high endurance (Physically and health wise), relatively high reaction speed for a human, not very powerful at all.
Notes on diet:
He can alter his diet from a normal humans ones to just raw meat. Though it is that his normal diet is supposed to be raw meat, the adverse effects from not eating it seem to just be that his sleeping pattern goes into a normal human's- Of course seeing as he doesn't sleep up to that point, it means he has to adjust it (Would be rather unfortunate to fall asleep in the middle of the street, after all. Really it may almost seem like he's narcoleptic if he hasn't adjusted.).
Generally when he is on his normal food source of raw meat he doesn't need to eat often, but usually he eats it more often then he has to anyway- most probably to keep some weird contact with his humanity, in the rituals of at least a meal a day.
Bio:
Ed had an interest for biology ever since he was young. He's always been striving to make himself better at it and still is. Really altogether he had a normal life, except for his obvious creation making, self experimentation and living so long whilst looking young. His parents died when he was in his 20s/30s, so he's been without them for about 40 years. His parents dying may have been one of the contributions to his madness, as he came to a realisation his longer life would make him see his friends die as they aged normally and he stayed young. However as mentioned earlier; it didn't prevent him from continuing on in his work, researching various other species and working from them to find solutions to various problems humans face, as well as getting ideas for his creations.
