ray got out a cloth from the brown sack he kept with him. he also grabbed a toother reed to chew on. then a little rat came up to him ray picked it up. it was a kikirat. kikirat's are known for their ability to speek and listen. the kikirat sniffed ray with its long pointy nose. ray asked "what's your name little buddy" the rat replied "menlow now go screw your mom". ray stared with wide eyes. ray then said "well i thought i had some one to talk to but i guess not, oh and i hope you can fly." ray grabbed the rat by its puny tail and started to spin it. the rat said in a loud screem "aaah fine i'll hear your story just let me down." ray then sat down the rat on his mat and told his story: well menlow it all started when i went to the black skull tavern. you see i needed a way to get money and that seemed like the easiest way. the man who ran the bounty corner only took the best and i wasn't up to "his" standards. i offered to do a challenge to prove myself. he only had one challenge he would let me do and he said he wouldn't pay me for it. i was pissed but i accepted the challenge. the mission was to retrieve a lost item in the shade's cave.
