My 19th birthday was was yesterday, June 11th, and it was pretty good. The weather was nice, and my family was okay. Even Bethany called to give me well-wishes, and the Gaia crew was totally awesome.
I went to breakfast with my grandpa, and I wandered around Wal-Mart for a little while after that. I bought a new toothbrush holder and a cute pj top.
Got home and opened presents, which were kind of cool. Recieved Season Three of Gilmore Girls, some rose notecards, fancy tea, jewlery, an Asian paper lamp, cards, and a few keychains from the aquarium.
Melandra sent me a needlepoint dolphin, a Tinkerbell t-shirt, and a necklace.
I went to see Madagascar with my parents, which was very, very, good.
Went to Olive Garden for dinner, where I got my favorite, cheese ravioli, and chocolate cake.
After that I went to Target, and I bought pajama pants for the new top, a dressy black shirt, socks, ladybug shoelaces, earrings, and a pink and green drawstring bag. I also filled out an application for employment there.
I called Bethany back, since she called during the movie, and she wished me a happy birthday. Talking to people on Gaia and AiM right now.
Two other cool inadvertant gifts -- my dad's planning on getting wireless cable internet in the house (goody, goody, goody!) and Gaia released its strangely addicting casino.
Overall a good day, although I am poorer than I was at the start of it. ^_^
