simple...
u first need a decent amount of gold...lest say about 55k or something. then u just buy and sell :]
i tend to look for items that the second lowest price is for example 48k. and the first lowest price is like 44k or something. so i buy the least priced (which would be the 44k) then i sell it again like 5 seconds after for only 1 gold less than the second lowest price razz
so i sell it for 47999 xD it actually works people xD
