I remembered some of it.


I GOT THE CEO OF GAIA FIRED.

I was at this big room where lots of Gaians were hanging out, and for some reasons the admins were all there. I raised my hand to ask a question and no other than Craig Sherman responds. I forget what question it was I asked, exactly (but it was indeed intelligent sounding). He gave forth the information... All very informative. I was taking notes in my head.

Then, later that day, we got to talking personally (I guess my questions impressed him or something) and some really annoyed woman passed us and gave us a stare. She pulled Craig aside and started belittling him, ending with something about divulging secrets to lowly members and that he should pack his things.

Apparently a few other of those 'lowly members' overheard/saw this taking place and immediately, they all glared at me.

I was now the most hated person in Gaia history. "Q - the guy who got the CEO fired"

Destined to a life of, uh, destitude, I tried to find Craig after he left HQ. We talked for a bit, he explained what was going on, and that Gaia was so much work... While he had a great time working for them, he had no regrets, and this was an oppertunity to spend more time with his family.

He wasn't saying he was happy he was fired, no - nor that he had been trying to be fired. Just that he was taking it with a grain of salt and using it as an excuse to spend time with his kids. I nodded but felt unwelcome so went back to Gaia.

Where everyone gave evil stares.

The lady came by and pulled me aside- I remember her doing it very hard- she was really pissed. She explained that the questions I asked were wrong and she had to lose one of her best men because he was so honest - because of me, an older member who should've known better.

Surely, not even Trisk Daemon nor Tekton would've made such a mistake as I, and they collect more information on the Gaian world than I do... And are much better at it. (trisk is a guy who keeps tabs on the gaian economy and participates in a gaia online podcast; recently made mod status. Tekton runs a very high-held avatar simulator site for gaia, but also has many other tools, such as a diffrent economy monitor. Both really gifted php coders.)

Afterward I freed myself from the evil woman's grasp and tried to roam Gaia. I ran into a table where VO(an admin) was. I tried to spark up a conversation - something about his old comics, I think. I said I liked them. He frowned as if feeling sorry for me and stated something along the lines of, "Y'know Q, several people have mentioned you and you were in-line a couple of times. It really saddens me to know you would've been a mod long a go if you had simply not been so nosy."

I opened my mouth to say something, but nothing came out - I was really only both hurt and happy by the sentiment this admin just provided me, but.

Hell.

Then my alarm woke me up. D;
