Le chef de Semok, lesson two: Deviled Eggs
Alright, yeah, eggs again, I know. I just ADORE deviled eggs, so I thought I'd give it a whirl and try to make some. To my surprise it was a great success, so now I share it with you!

Ingredients:
Eggs (I use 6 in this example)
Mayonnaise
Mustard
Seasonin' salt (optional, but highly recommended)
Pot with water
Bowl
Knife
Towel
Spoon
Timer
Plate

Steps:

Step One:
Bring the pot of water up to a boil. Once that has been done, place the eggs (in this example I'm usin' more then one) in the pot and boil for 10 minutes.

Step Two:
After the 10 minutes, remove the eggs from the pot. To keep yourself from bein' burned, I recommend pourin' the hot water out of the pot and replacin' it with runnin' cold water to slowly cool off the eggs and the pot, so they'll be easier to touch. Place the eggs on a towel or somethin' to dry 'em and keep 'em from rollin' off or somethin'.

Step Three:
Take an egg and smack it against somethin' hard (favorite part) then peel off the shell. Note that there is a clear level of...somethin'...over the egg just under the shell. Sometimes it sticks to the shell, sometimes you gotta peel it off. Do the same for all eggs!

Step Four:
Gently cut the an egg in half and empty the yoke (which should be hard) into the bowl. Place the two halves of the eggs on a plate. Do so for all the eggies. Remember to be careful when you get the yoke out, the egg is fragile and can break.

Step Five:
Add about 3 spoonfuls of mayonnaise and 1 spoonful of mustard to the yolks (add more of less dependin' on how you want them to taste, and remember that this measurement is for 6 eggs) and stir it all together until it forms a nice equal paste like substance.

Step Six:
Use the spoon to place the yolk mix inside the empty hole of the egg halves where the yolk used to be. Be careful not to add too much to some and run out too soon.

Step Seven (optional):
Add a dash of seasonin' salt on top of the eggies. Make sure you don't add too much, a little goes a long way.

AND YOU'RE DONE! Enjoy your deviled eggs!

Eatin' Tip: WOLF 'EM DOWN BEFORE SOMEONE ELSE GETS 'EM! Also, be warned that eggs are very well known for producin' a lot of gas, so if you're cookin' for others make sure you keep your distance, and if it's for a romantic evenin', don't light any candles.
