Dark Hope
Dark hope lies within the depths of sorrow,
It fills us up with melancholy happiness.
Dark hope resides in lost souls,
Seeking somber joy that lies dormant.
No one, nothing can ever beat it,
For none know life's true joy.
We search endlessly through our entire lives,
Never to find true hope in the deepest darkest sky.
Dark hope is all we will ever have,
It guides us on our path.
Into the quiet darkness,
That governs each day.
