Here's to the teenage years.
I need Help. Confusion has got the worst of me.
I'm a teenager. Just like other teenage girls, I get confused.
My best friend is going out with my ex-boyfriend.
Now this doesn't bother me in the sense of jealousy, considering the fact that I was the one who broke up with him. But it does bother me in the sense that my best friend, Mary sue, has been acting differently. She constantly hits me, either its a way of telling me that she now feels superior to me, or she just enjoys the act of slapping me. I noticed this in the first month that they were going out. Which was about the month of September of 2008. But as time progressed, she hit me less and less. Until just recently. Lately, she has really gotten into the state of mind that she is better at me in everything.
The boyfriend too has something against me.
I don't blame him.
Because the feeling is mutual.
He's a jerk to me.
And hurt me not mentally, but physically.
Of course, his girlfriend, my so-called best friend, was on his side.
Defending him every step of the way.
She said, that he had almost every right to do what he did because I BROKE UP WITH HIM. I thought this was ridiculous.
So, in turn, I too tried causing him not severe harm, but lesson-learning damage.
I pushed him into a bush when I had the chance.
I know I should have just let him be, but knowing my nature, I never leave a war unsettled.
And no one orders me around.
He didn't learn his lesson.
Once again, he some-what hurt me physically.
He didn't do such a severe job, no blood.
But he grabbed me by a belt that I had tied around my waist, and walked me across a field to where his girlfriend was.
Everytime I suggested for him to loosen his grip, he gripped me harder, and I could feel his angry breathing on my back.
I won't say he's abusive.
Because he isn't.
But he does have a very great hate for me.
I remember telling Marysue that nothing would ever break us apart...
but it seems that no matter what harm her new boyfriend does to me,
she always takes his side..
I've known her for eight years, she's only known him for a year and a half.. Should I still be friends with her? And what if I can't let go of her? I need suggestions.
PM me or comment this entry on tips on what to do...
I'm still so confused.

Do what she did to you. Nothing is better than pay back.

- Talk to her about it in the most composed way you can, and if she won't budge, simply leave both of them alone for a while, and hopefully they would have softened, but if they don't, it's best to stop being friends with her. Hope it works out in the end. ;]

Frankly I'd try talking it out with her, if she still takes his side then (try to) calmly tell her that if she isn't going to believe (or take your side) you, who she's know for 8 years and believe/ take her BF's side then will no longer be friends with her as she is not being a true friend.
(I say try to because depending on what people say it's hard to remain calm.) - Report As Spam
