• There once was a girl who was about to go into her new school as a freshmen, her name was Lauren but she hated that name so her friends called her Ashe.
    Now this school hated people like her quiet, shy, nice, and wears black and tripp pants.
    She walked in and saw all the kids who would be her torchure but in a small corner of the cafateria she saw a small group laughing joking around even though they got picked on so she descided to sit there. She walked up to them with a small smile and asked if she could hang out. A boy about 18 years old held out his hand with a smirk ," You can call me Kai." the girl shook the boy's hand with a smile as she was welcomed into the group.
    They played rock band at the library on tuesdays and thursdays.
    Sometimes she would invite Kai over and they would talk and play and joke around.
    Later on Lauren got to know the rest of the group Jacob, tall, skinny, good sense of humor,
    and Taylor, almost the same height as Lauren, an funny sense of humor, Becky who was cute, funny, loved to get hugs, Vose very tall...very funny, wise guy but he's a good guy.
    Once and awhile Vose would hang out with me,Kai,Taylor, and Jacob. if there was no room she had to sit on someone's lap...The first time they went to the mall Vose dropped Jacob off first and kai switched seats with Taylor, so Kai was next to her and she fell asleep on his arm...when she woke up she was so embarressed. Next time there wasn't enough room so she had to sit on Kai's lap...Then Jacob's lap witch wasn't so bad because they held onto me when Vose took a sharp turn.
    She had a very hurtfull past...so Jacob and Kai were the once I told my stories to, they listened to every word they can recall it if I asked them. When they had problems I asked and would try to help even though I'm 15 years old they all are almost in their 18's. But people said I was very wise for my age and know about most of the world's secrets. Sometimes i was so stressed that my smile would vanish and Kai,Jacob, and Taylor all new if I didn't smile something was wrong and if I cried something was REALLY wrong. They were like a family but a little more through the year I started to realise that we may not be able to see each other this much next year. So I invited kai to walk home with me one thursaday. We walked up my road and talked about life. Then a friend who got ran over a car crossed my mind, Sasuke I called him as he hated his real name. We were walking up my old street it was night and nobody usually drove on that street so I walked right in the middle a speeding car was coming up behind me and I didn't know it, and Sasuke pushed me right out of the way and took the killing blow. The Ambulence picked us up I told them to worry about him but when they took him into the wrong room the doctor came out and told me he was dead.
    I told kai everything I even blamed myself... he gave me a hug and told me it wasn't my fault and that the time when i look at them moon and I talk to him is not weird but a way to make me feel that he's there.
    In time the young group became Lauren's family they had their times of sadness but Lauren was there to make a smile on their face. When Jacob or Kai frowned she would ask what's wrong and they wouldn't lie or shove her out they'd talk and like the sweet girl they thought she was she smiled and comforted them just as they did for her. It was the place where she belonged and she wouldn't traade it for the world, so nowshe sits on the computer writing the stroy on how her and her group she calls family came to be.
