That is a perfectly fine way to spell Fairy, I have no idea what the difference is (I looked it up once but I can't remember) but Faerie is spelled right too.

I don't think the hand/foot are bad at all. The
only issue, actually, I have is your spelling of
FAIRY. But as thats not part of the art, you
