Oh wow, that's Deidara? At first glance I thought that was Zero Suit Samus (well the blue through me off). I know how much of a pain drawing with a mouse is and you did pretty good with it. And I will not critic on how you colored this, since it's your first time, however the only thing that bugs me is the placement of the ear. You could move it a little farther to the right and move it down slightly.
