Well, the people who bought our house came back today, because we're having a moving sale, so they wanted to look around.
Well... my mom made me babysit their two-year-old kid.
See. This is why I've made it a priority to become a cat lady. Marriage. Kids. Mainly kids... just, no. It's not something I'm eager to get to.

Kilala is scared crapless. My dad locked her in a kennel in the garage, because she's "not supposed to be in the house" for whatever reason. At least... not until the people are gone.
Anyway, the little girl got all excited over Kilala. Keep in mind that Kilala hates small children. With a passion. And she's cranky because her feet hurt.
Well, the little girl went running over to the kennel, screaming all happy-like, as little kids often do, and started trying to stick her fingers in the cage.
Kilala tried to run, and hit her head on the back of the kennel... hard. And then proceeded to turn around and throw a hissing fit at her.
We finally got the kid to leave her alone. Now she's sitting in her kennel, shaking. Yes, shaking. It's going to take a lot of cuddling to calm her down again. She had this same problem when my friend's little brother tried to catch her so he could pet her.
My poor baby. =[
