*EU's birthday
*So many LOL-able moments/conversations happened today:
1.) this happened on the way to school, in short, in the morning.
bus conductor: o,ticket,ticket! yung mga wala pang ticket dyan!! ......saan po sila,sir? (ticket, ticket! those who doesn't have ticket [pay me]!! ......where to, sir?)
lalake: quirino avenue. (quirino avenue)
bus conductor: saan galing? (from where?)
lalake: sa bahay ko. (from my house.)
2.) this was just forwarded to me through text message
isang babae ang nangungulangot sa jeep. (a girl is picking up her nose inside a jeepney.)
a grandmother: ano'ng kinukuha mo, ineng? (I'm not sure if the translation should be "what are you taking up?" or "what are you getting?".)
girl: nursing po. (nursing)
a grandmother: ah, akala ko kulangot. (oh... i thought it was snot.)
3.) At dinner earlier...
me: san ka nagpunta kanina?ano'ng ginawa niyo? (where did you go this morning? what did you do?)
my brother: nagpractice kami ng PE.sayaw na may exercise.(my classmates and i practiced for our practical exam on Physical Education: dance with basic exercise steps.)
me: sayaw...na may exercise?exercise, yung parang head bend tsaka jumping jack? (dance... with exercise? exercise, like the head bend and jumping jack?)
my brother: oo. (yes.)
me:so...ano na nagawa niyo? (so... what have you guys accomplished?)
my brother: wala pa,hindi pa buo. (it's still halfway done.)
me: edi ang gawin niyo, may magbe-BREAK DANCE, tapos yung backup dancers, nagni-KNEE ROTATION. (I have a suggestion. Someone will BREAKDANCE, and then the backup dancers will do the KNEE ROTATION.)
both: *imagines*.... LOOOOOOOOOOOOOL. HAHAHAHA
