I like how this is a depiction of your gaia avi and considering some of your previous drawings on the same program/site, there's some serious improvement in this particular piece. I definitely like how you're starting to use shading to give your subject more of a realistic shape.

I do have a couple suggestions for next time too... the first being to show the hands some more. As a fellow artist, I know how complicated and hard hands are... all too well, but if you keep hiding them or cutting them off, how are you going to practice and make them better? Have some confidence and show how beautiful those hands can be with the rest of the body as well. biggrin
The other thing I would suggest is making a study or a sketch of the human body. This is not to say that your anime style doesn't support a good body structure, but I think it would greatly be helped by what part of the body ought to go where. The best way to do that is to study someone in actual life... and there's two good ways of doing it... by studying yourself in the mirror or taking a friend/family member and having them pose for you for a quick drawing (you can even show and let them keep the picture afterwords as thanks, which they would also probably appreciate).
