The war between my people, the Lycans and the Vampires has been raging for centuries now..
The smell of blood and soot was clear in the air, screams were heard as fires raged, bodies fell to the ground lifeless. The normally quiet forest was alive this night, which was a bad thing, considering how close to human territory it was. The forest was in fact - in the middle of a human city. A bad design choice maybe but...
We are losing.
He sprinted down the path in his human form, though his wolf form was infinitely faster and even his werewolf form would be faster then his bare-footed flight through the forest... He was wounded, unable to concentrate enough to shift into his more powerful forms. The first thing one would notice however, is that he was alone. Blood ran down his head to his left arm, which hung limp at his side.
The Vampires had gained a new ally - Angels. Why they had suddenly decided to pick a side in the war was beyond comprehension, but the demons were maintaining their neutral status. The balance of power in the war had shifted considerably in the Vampires favor.
The man stopped suddenly, breathing ragged, eyes darting left and right as he waited... Even in his human form his sense of smell was something to be reckoned with. A low growl emanated from his throat as one of the Angels forces revealed itself from behind a tree. It's blade was out, already slick with blood...
We are being slaughtered. Unless something happens soon, there won't be any Lycan's left in this world...
The Angel was about to bring down his bloody blade upon the Lycan when another blade cut its path. A young woman, with dark long hair and green emerald eyes, glared at the Angel for a moment and then smirked with satisfaction at being rewarded with an expression of sudden surprise mixed with disgust and outrage from him.The young woman was clad in black, her clothing hugging her lean body and revealing her sumptuous curves. Both blades broke apart, the Demon and the Angel stood still facing each other with their blades pointed in front of them.
"Jade...Strange seeing you here..." The Angel said with obvious disgust in his eyes and disdain in his voice
"Oh Micah. Of all Angels, you should not be surprised by my appearance. My superiors and everyone else may wish to remain neutral for now.. But it's not the case for me... Maybe they will follow my example and get involved in the war..." Jade said, smirking
"What do you have to gain from these animals if they live?" Micah said
"Nothing. I simply believe that the forces in Earth should all be balanced. Your race helping the Vampires is throwing that balance off...Us, Demons, may want to be neutral now...but we'll end up intervening to stop you from becoming too powerful...for all races to coexist, to survive, there must be a balance...which you are destroying..." Jade replied "Now leave this place if you want to live..."
"My apologies, my little vixen...but I have orders and it involves killing him" Micah said nodding towards the Lycan
"And I will NOT let you kill him" Jade said growling as she stood in between the Lycan and the Angel. Her eyes started to glow red and she narrowed her eyes to glare at him ominously.
"I would not transform if I was you..." Micah said trying to intimidate her "I'm not the only Angel around..."
"So? I have defeated many Angels at once and you were a witness to that...you lived because you ran away...or have you already forgotten how deadly I can truly be?" She said, growling, a dark aura emanating from her.
The Angel was enraged at her taunting voices and lunged forward to attack her. She met his blade with such force that it cracked the Angel's blade. Jade's blade lit on fire and she continued to meet the Angel's blade. At one point, she managed to disarm him and kicked him on his stomach. The Angel doubled over in pain and curled up in the ground, Jade pulled out a poisonous dagger and plunged it into the Angel's shoulder. Micah cried out in pain and cursed at her loudly. Jade simply laughed and said with a tone full of scorn, "I could've killed you...but I think it's better to let you live so you can remember how much of a coward you are...that dagger is poisonous and it won't kill you...but it will be a very painful and lengthy recovery for you though... There will be a scar and it will forever remind you of how weak you truly are..."
With that, she turned away from the Angel and took a hold of the Lycan's uninjured arm. She murmured a spell and a thick cloud of dark smoke covered them both. Then, they disappeared. When they reappeared, they were inside her home. She motioned for him to sit on a chair and said "We gotta take care of those wounds...what is your name?"
((SO...I can't take credit for the whole starter cuz I borrowed the idea from someone else...Anyhow, this RP is for GUYS ONLY...and give the Lycan a name please...))
