Ghost.
I live in Oakland, CA and I must admit that Oakland is a creepy place. Not only there are a lot of shootings, robberies, rapes, kidnaps, and killings...the buildings, esp. houses are all haunted (at least ALL of the houses we lived in and we moved about 4 or 5 times since we moved to Oakland).
The house that I live in now, is very creepy. In general, my bedroom is the most haunted of all. It is isolated from the other rooms and has its own hallway in the front of the house.
Incident 1:
One night, before I went to sleep, I walked over to the bathroom to do my business, and I never turn on the lights (b/c after you turn the lights back off - your eyes would have to adjust back to the dark and you'll start to see colors, etc.) or close the door (b/c sometimes I am afraid of the dark or to be alone). So I was doing my business and I looked out the bathroom door which has a hallway and the door to the livingroom. I saw my lil brother walking towards my bedroom so when I was walking back to my bedroom, I glanced over to my lil bro's room which is near the livingroom and noticed that the door was closed and underneath the door was light from the TV. I walked to my bedroom and looked for my lil bro - he was not in my room. I even asked my lil sis if he dropped by, but she said "no, no one came into the room", so I told her that I saw B came towards the room when I was in the bathroom. She just shrugged. I walked back to the livingroom to go to my bro's bedroom and I opened his door...there he was sitting on his bed watching Family Guy! confused
I asked him if he went to my bedroom a few mins ago and he said "no, I'm here watching tv, why?" - So I told him that I've seen him a few mins ago walking towards my bedroom...he just said "I don't know..."
My conclusion - it was a ghost from my house who took form of my lil bro walking towards my room. My reason why is b/c I remembered that he didn't have a walking motion when moving, he kinda "glided", but since it was dark, I didn't think to look towards the feet, plus he is tall, so I looked at his face. Another reason is if my bro is lying to me, he would've ran into me in the livingroom, thee's no other detour to get to his room w/o running into me in the livingroom...
then again, it could just be my imagination? confused
Incident 2:
I don't know how long ago this was after the first incident, but this is the second time it has happened - but just with another person. At that time, my mom and my other sis would sleep in the livingroom due to the hot weather. So one night, I woke up b/c my bladder was about to explode (it was around 3ish a.m.) and I walked to the bathroom, but I would have to pass the livingroom to get to the bathroom, so when I got to the livingroom - I saw my mom sleeping on one of the couches (her usual spot) - so I was thinking in my head "mom is sleeping out here by herself tonight?" - and did my business in the bathroom. When I walked back to my bedroom, I noticed that my mom was gone! stare At first, I thought I was seeing things, so I walked over to the couch and saw the blanket she usually uses was still there, but she wasn't there when I opened the blanket. So when I walked past her bedroom, I heard her snoring.
My conclusion - I knew it transformed into my mom b/c in order for her to walk to her bedroom, she would have to walk past the bathroom, but she didn't b/c I didn't see her walk past while I was in there. Remember I don't close the door or turn the lights on, so that's how I would know.
So far, a third incident hasn't happened yet, but probably it's b/c it knows that I know it wasn't my mind messing with me. I lived in this house for about 5 yrs now, and I've felt, heard, seen, and sense a lot of different kinds of spirits or ghosts in this house...
I'm glad we're moving in Dec. but my only concern is that, would it still be the same? sweatdrop
