The Blivions. The ever elusive family that a mention a lot. The Blivions are a renowned family and have been the rulers of Rivina since the second century of the Dawn of Time. Since there was setinant life on Rivina there have been Blivions. They're one of the longest lived family and the richest. The eldest child has always gained the thorn and then decide who plays what role. After Gray Blivion's mother passed on he took the thrown and devided Rivina's eight Districts among he and his seven siblings. He pulled names from a hat when deciding which sibling got which District (Though he chose D1 for himself.) Due mostly in part to the gradual aging of all people on Rivina there is very little change so ever since the first Blivion devided the world in Districts and the Districts in Sectors and Sectors into Villages the names have never changed. At the time it wasn't important to assign Districts or Sectors names but every town and village had one. Thus why even millenias past the Districts still are unnamed.
The Blivion Family (Currently)
The eldest is Gray then Red, the Dark. then Black, then Azulle, the Jade and Silver, and lastly Ma'Lia.
Gray has altered his appearence to blend more with the people of D1 and looks more like a woodland elf. He is considered the supreme ruler of Rivina though his youngest brother Silver has issues with. When people think of Gray they always end up thinking about one of those benevolent kings from the movies because he's a very wise ruler with an even temper and boat load or two of understanding. Whenthe council of Blivions is ever before you Gray will always be the first and last speaker. He will focus solely on what is going around, drawing his own conclusions and figuring out the best solution to a problem. Gray is a Wind Master Sage, a powerful branch of Wind manipualtion that is mostly deffensive. He has extensive work in Ice Magics to compliment his wind magics.
Red has taken the appearence of a moonwood elf to better blend with the inhabitants of D4. She has a rare ability that only the silver haired moonwood elves can possess; the gift of foresight. She can see the future and is the one that will most likely call the council together. Despite her residency in D4 she and Gray spen a lot of their time in D5 at the Blivion main branch house. The Main Branch House is easily exesible and there's always bound to be at least three Blivions there. Red is a Vulcan Master Sage. She's purely offensive whenever she's forced to fight. Her only rival in the art is Anako who admittedly has an unfair advantage (Some days being a god is more unfair than others.).
Dark has taken the appearnece of a sun elf (a very sunless sun elf but a sun elf none-the-less) to better understand and work with the people of D7. He has superior meditation skills than his siblings and can atroproject himself into wars and such to spy on the enemies. He's the one mostly in charge of deploying the Imperial Army. He could lead just as well as Gray but doesn't like the presssure and responsibility. He's not exactly carefree but he's not a worrier. He strongly believes that the Blivions have lasted this long, they'll live double this all time and then some. He's an Advanced Mind Adept and Terra Master Sage. His mental prowess are truelly amazing and his terra powers can literly sunder the world in two.
Black has taken the form of a dark elf to better blend with the Lorians and Dark elves of D2. D2 has the largest population of Lorians and Dark elves. Very little is known about D2 and even less is known about Black. He only leaves his District when summoned by Red or Gray (Silver pesters him too much for him to bother returning to the Main Branch.). It's said that he tortures enemies and rogues during periods of unrest and rumor has it that during an Andromedean Peace Confrence he assasinated the Prime Ambassador. But that crazy talk, right? He's a Shadow Priest Extraordinair and Spirit Master Sage.
Azulle has taken the form of a sea elf, after D6 is purely coatal and island District. Few Districts have as much coastline as D6 and no other District has inhabitated islands. Azulle oft feels a little over looked and forgotten becuase his District is remote and mostly islands that are more neutral than Switzerland. He hops at every chance to get involved in his elder siblings plans and is hardly a mediocer player. Azulle is a Sea Sage and Aquatic Master Sage. He manipulates water with such expertise and refinement that he can feel if the tides of Rivina's super ocean are off due to gravemetric pulses in the void.
Jade and Silver are twin brother and sister but they could not be any more opposite. Jade looks like a traditional wood elf and is presiding over D5 a heavily wooded District. She is a very calm and collected person. She and Azulle are the only people that can nullify Silver's short temper. She doesn't leave the Main Branch House much because D5 is her District and has few reasons to leave it. Usually if her twin demands attention he's already in her District. She's a Paradice Master Sage but many suspect that, that is just a cover because she has never been seen present at any war or civil unrest, even those within her own District. Silver has his own unique appearence that he calls Silver Elf. He rules over the oft forgotten and over looked D8 (Much to Azull's relief.). He feels that the enitirely moutainous and nearly inhospitable District was Gray's way of keeping him from becoming more powerful than him. Despite his complaints he actually boasts the biggest and oldest temples on the entire world and has the largest population of powerful adepts and sages. He's an Advanced Hot Tempered Fool and a damn good Metal Master Sage. Despite his impatients he master Metal magics to such a refined form that a school was created to teach his techniques and artistry. He created most of the Teethers that they hook up to orbiting crafts while they refuel and resupply.
Ma'lia is the youngest sibling and it shows. She's every bit a Woodland elf with uncanny knack and being almost too carefree. Being the youngest she rarely has to do anything important and can focus on running the nomatic tribes and sedintary folk with absolute ease. D3 is a very wooded and warm place but sparsly populated. It's easy for her to manage being that she's hard to get out of the woods and can easily keep an eye on all the people within using her magics. Not only that but she has her own personally trained group of elves that patrol the forest and inform of all the going ons. She's a Wood Master Sage. She can control plants and trees to do her bidding. Most of the enemy reenforcements are stopped by her as they try to through to the other Districts.
I'll definately add more later... I is too tired to stay and write more...
