I came up with her as a character for a Supernatural fanfic I want to write, and she became a RPC. Read & learn.

Appearance: pale brown hair with natural golden highlights, turquoise eyes; usually wearing jeans, boots, and a long, black leather coat; likes to dress up, since she never had a chance to as a child, so she always tries to look her best
The Story Thus Far: Serenity's father, Christian, was one of five in an Irish Catholic family. He was the third born, but the first born in the United States, in 1925. Shortly thereafter, he became a vampire. But, after killing one human to survive, he realized he could never do it again, and vowed to never take a human life again.
In 1983, he met Deirdre Young. They married a few months later and had a daughter in 1984, Serenity Morgan. Her name stemmed from how quiet her birth had been: one cry as she came out, and then silence (in fact, the doctors had believed her to be dead for the first moments of her life). Serenity took up ballet at four and gymnastics at six, but became an orphan at 10. Her father was framed for a series of murders in their town of Tee Harbor, Alaska, and a hunter (John Winchester) burned the house down. Within the week, Serenity was an orphan: her mother committed suicide out of grief for her husband's death. Serenity was left with only quickly-fading memories and a letter from her mother. But the letter became her Bible: it told the truth of her origins, all about her father's true identity, and went on to tell her all she needed to know to kill vampires.
Serenity entered the foster care system, having no family left on her father's side and only her mother's older sister, who was in an insane asylum and unfit to care for her. At 12, she was put into the perfect home, with two loving parents and a younger sister. It was there she picked up ballet and gymnastics again, and had a true, loving family and a stable life again. They would have adopted her--had they not gotten pregnant again.
Serenity spent the rest of her time in The System bouncing from group home to group home, and was glad to escape when she finally turned 18. Her father had lived a long time, and saved up enough money to leave her a sizeable trust fund, which she used to attent NYU. There she met Demetri Sergei, who proposed to her when she was 19 and he 20. That same year, the couple was attacked by a powerful vampire, Cane Tempest--Serenity fought him off, using her knowledge to save her life; Demetri was slain.
Serenity dropped out of school and began an illustrious career as the leading vampire expert amongst hunters. She traveled the country for the next five years, tracking vampire activity, killing any other supernatural being she ran into, and, of course, plotting the murder of Cane Tempest.
She was very sorry to hear Winchester had died...she'd wanted the honor of killing him for herself.
Her main motivation for hunting is simple: revenge.
