Sydney and Jenny walked off towards thier next period class. Sydney was a tomboy, a kind, sweet person who would protect something she believes in. Sydney also protected Jenny, knowing that something was wrong. "So, Jenny, want to tell me why you are running from that hot guy?"
"Well actually, I'm running from 2 hot guys." Jenny said as her cheeks turned red. Her head was down, trying to hide her sorrow.
"Two? What type of person runs from two guys? Who are they anyway?" Sydney ask as they walked down the hall. Thier next period, surpisingly was the same. Math, with Mrs. Coball, the meanest strictest teacher that could have walked on the Earth. Some say that she was a demon that rised when 9/11 happened, some say that she crawled from the depths of the Earth.
"Jason and Vince." Jenny said was an embarassing blush.
"Jason! You know how hard it is for a single girl to get that guy's attention! And you happen to get him the first time you met him!" Sydney said loudly. People started looking at Jenny. Whispering and gossiping probably. "Hey! If you have something to say, than say it! Don't whisper and gossip, or I'll pumble you to the ground!" The crowd walked away slowly and than they ran. "Now, where was I?" A silent moment and Jenny couldn't help but laugh. Sydney, the kindest girl you would ever meet, is a tomboy and she scares people away. "O yeah, Jason. Jason may be rich, but I don't think that he's right for you. From judging where you stand." Meaning who she is. "Okay, now that Vince person. He is after you two. He is a hunk, but he poor, but so are you."
"Yeah, your right, and the worst part is. He lives at my apartment complex that my mother owns. It is a disadvantage, when I live in a different apartment than my mother." Jenny said sadly.
"Now come on. Turn that frown upside down. How about....I'll come over to your place tonight and we could have some fun and get your thoughts away from this mess, and I could also scare off those guys for you." Than Sydney leaned closer to Jenny's ear. "I heard that more people like you that you think."
The two joked around for the next few minutes until, the math room appeared. Mrs. Coball, the devil herself. Mrs. Coball walked around the room several times, waiting for the students to arrive and for the bell to ring. Just as Jenny and Sydney entered the room, the bell rang and Mrs. Coball slammed the door.
"Girls, you made it right on time." Her eyes looked like they were gonna shot lasers out of them. "Now class, open your textbook to page 106, Lesson 5 Section 9. Today we are gonna be learning about 'Probablity'" She wrote some things of the white board as the kids open the textbooks. "Now, what is probablity?" She smiled as the students rised their hands. They all knew, but she was gonna make it harder on them. "Jenny? What is probablity in a scientific denfinition?"
"Uhm.......the chance of something happening like a coin toss, when you either get heads or tails. Than you record the number of times things happen with the coin to get the main resolute."
An evil smile appeared on her face. Her face looked like she was going attack somebody. "Now, turn the page and do #1 through #305. You have 20mins to finish this." The class was about to argue with her, until she raised up a write up slip. Rich people's parents doesn't want their child to flunk out in school, so they would punish them. "Don't complain, now you have 18.30mins to finish." Moans could be heard in the class. Amazingly, Jenny finished in 10-15 mins. It was all easy for her. She learned it at home when she was home schooled. Mrs. Coball maybe mean, but she sends out easy stuff. "Jenny, looks like your finished. Jenny is a fine example of what you should be doing in my class. Finish your work early to start on your homework. On the next page, you will see #1-20. But if you continue, the number reaches to 200. That is your homework. Do #1-200. Now in class you will be doing #1-2000. Finish that when you are done."
"Jenny, looks like I'm gonna be going to your house right after school." Sydney said. The stuff was easy, but when it comes to extra numbers of questions, that is when it gets harder.
"Now class, what you don't finish is homework. So do #1-2000 and #1-20." Mrs. Coball, the devil herself has awaken.
When class ended, Jenny was the last one to exit. Sydney waited for her, since, it was Free time. They could have Lunch now, or they could just relax. "Jenny, what took you so long?"
"I was putting my stuff away." She lifted your bag with a little black and white kittens on it. "Okay, now what do we do during our free time?"
"Duh! Lunch!!!" Sydney said happily. Lunch was awesome here at this school. You have menus like in the real resturants, but some of the things were extremely expensive. A lobster lunch cost $300! They rushed to a table as they look at the food ready to be served.
"Smells good, but I don't have enough money for this stuff."
"Don't worry about it!" Sydney saided as she pulled her to a table. The scanned through the menu. "Okay, I'm gonna be having chicken wings with a side of mashed potatoes. You?"
"I think I'm gonna be having........everything is so expensive.........aha! A peanut butter sandwich for $5."
"Doesn't sound filling."
"But it is." The waiter appeared and guess who it was.....Vince. Working at the school to earn some cash. He didn't seem to notice Jenny, yet.
"Okay ladies what can I get you?" Vince asked, as Jenny put the menu above her face.
"Well I'll be getting the Chicken wings with a side dish of mashed potatoes and my friend here will be getting a peanut butter sandwich. Drinks? I'll have a glass of wine and my friend here will be getting......"
"Milk." Jenny said in a voice that was deep and calm. When really she was nervous like a jumpy chicken.
"Thank you, I'll be back shortly." Vince said and he left.
"That was close." Jenny said was a relieved voice. "What am I gonna do?"
"I don't know! Ask someone else!" Sydney replied. "Why don't you head for the restroom and hopefully when you get back, your lunch will be ready." Than a different waiter appeared.
"Miss Jenny, Mr. Jason has ordered you a lobster lunch with a side of mashed potatoes." The waiter placed the order onto the table. "Free of charge like always." The waiter disappeared.
"How am I suppose to finish this? And how does Jason know I'm here?" Jenny looked around and saw Jason, in plain sight, looking at her. "What am I suppose to do?"
"Why don't I beat them both up and hopefully, they don't bother you anymore?" Sydney laughed. She would never really hurt anybody. "Okay, now seriously, why don't you just accept the fact that someone actually likes you?"
Than a few more waiters appeared. "Miss Jenny, Mr. Thomas has ordered you a glass of wine." "Miss Jenny, Mr. Alex has ordered you a sushi plate." "Miss Jenny, Mr. Jason has ordered a dozen roses for you." Jenny couldn't listen to it anymore. They were overwhelming them.
"Looks like we don't really need to order anything. You have so many people who like you that they order stuff for you. Geez, these people are filthy rich."
"Wait, aren't you rich?"
"You could say that. My father, he runs a hotel across the nation and my mother, she is a US model. So yeah, I'm basically rich." Than Vince appeared and Jenny was prepared.
"Okay ladies, your order.....what in the world happened here? There is no room for you stuff." Than he turned and saw Jenny. "Jenny?"
"Uhm...could you just take this stuff away while we have lunch?" Sydney said quickly pulling him away from her.
"Uhm...sure, I'll be on it." He put the stuff down and took everything away, while looking at Jenny. Probably surpised that she had so many gifts from people. Than they had a real lunch, without stuff.
"Okay, now what do I do?" Jenny asked, while eating her sandwich. She liked her lunch, but Sydney didn't think it was tastely.
"Uhm...waiter, can you give me what she has?" The waiter nodded at Sydney's request. "Okay, uhm.....well I have no clue, I don't have these problems like you do."
