"Mmm..."
A small, fragile looking young woman sat underneath a tree- so consumed in a book. However- if you looked close enough, you could see that her head was facing dowards, and her eyes were closed. Even the the wind nipped at her already chilling skin- she did not wake. This happened on many occasions with her- she almost looked like a doll, because her face was so pale. However, she suddenly jerked away- almost like she woke from a bad dream.
Her name was Akira, a seemingly normal highschool girl in Konoha. With a slight yawn, the green haired girl jerked back. She couldn't help but stare at the book, and started wondering to herself when she fell asleep.
'I can't fall asleep again, oi. My head...'
Setting the book aside, she shuffled around trying to find her messenger she had placed next to her- after a few moments of looking, she figured there was only one thing that could've happened. Someone took it, like last time. With a frown on her face, the girl sighed- and grabbed her book. She didn't understand why people did this to her- her messenger back had all her stuff, even her diary. With a inaudible sigh, the girl headed towards the school laid out in front of her, to try to find her dorm. All the time she had been here, and she hadn't bothered to do anything put to read.
"I-I u-um... c-could y-"
Akira could not catch anyone's attention- so with another sigh, the girl brought her hands to her side. Then she heard a familiar crackle- and she reached into her pocket. Well, at least it was useful. It was the number of her dorm printed at the top and her room mate. As she skimmed it over, her hands traced over the familiar name of someone. Someone she thought she knew.
"S-Sasu- S-Sasuke?"
A blush flashed across her face and she blinked at the piece of paper. Didn't ... Sasuke at least known Neji? He could've of- she knew that the famliar teams already knew eachother. She however, shook her head and looked at the number.
'J-Just find the d-dorm. I n-need to settle down m-my stuff and f-find my b-bag.'
So as Akira started walking, she felt an irritation in her throat. She knew she was going to cough, and always when she started, she wouldn't stop for awhile. She she rubbed her throat and gently, and closed her eyes. She listened to her footsteps, only focusing on walking up the stairs and stop herself from coughing. All she needed to hear was the beat of her footsteps and her heartbeat- she knew she would be okay.
