So I have a somewhat funny story to tell.
I had to move out of the dorms this past week for Christmas break. We had to defrost our fridges. So I get the brilliant idea of moving the fridge into the shower and putting hot water in it so that the ice breaks out and dumps all over the shower floor. It originally started out as a "Surprise roomie! I did something nice for you!" (Since it is her fridge) and it turned into something horrid. So I manage to get the fridge to the living room, wipe it out, make sure it's dry, when she knocks on the door and begins to open it. I panicked, shoved the fridge in my other roommate's room, moved all fridge related things out of the living room and quickly let her in. Then I milled about for a few moments before I quickly left the room and hid for a little bit. Then when I heard her leave (she had these bell socks on that made a distinct sound) I ran back in the room and put the shelves back in the fridge but I heard her come down the hall so I freaked and hid in the shower that had all the ice in it. Then I heard her come in and hid in the shower for like a half hour when she found me and I told her I was playing hide and seek and she asked about the fridge and blah. So I told her that I defrosted it and that it was currently in our other roommate's room which she proceeded to tell me that it was her fridge and that she'd appreciate it if I didn't do that. So basically, I messed up a bit. I should have just told her instead of trying to surprise and be all sneaky about it. I wanted it to be a pleasant surprise type of thing. But oh well, so basically I hid in the closet of my other roommate's room for a bit and I ended up going for a walk because I found out some bad family things, I ended up calling my boyfriend on a cell phone, fought with him, made up with him, and spent like an hour outside doing so. So then after all that I finally moved the fridge back when my roommate was out of the room and put everything back. The fridge is perfectly fine, all the ice was out, and I think next time I'm just not even going to bother. Oy.
So a very long journal entry, sorry guys.
