Mehehee...As you might have guessed, I had quite a bit of fun with this one. My friend Tam, Random Acts of Monotony, introduced Steam Punk to me and well, needless to say, we had fun with that! Of course, an new RP was spawned, and so came the lovely thing that you see before you. She is a marionette music box. Her names means life, which I love for the irony because she is a puppet and is only seemingly alive. Tam's character created her as a companion and now the two of them are questing to find Vivien a heart (yes, yes we're that cool) so that she can express emotion. As of now my poor marionette can only communicate through her music box which, in a sense, is her voice box. Vivien is trapped within an untouched body that cannot betray any feeling other than the way that was created into her porcelain face. No need for me to say it, but I'm going to have fun with this character!
The idea for the pic was inspired by delusions that can only come about at 1 o'clock in the morning. I'm starting to see why Random Acts of Monotony loves that time so much. blaugh
