1 A spectrum of colorful wisdom
That flows like a river through a crystal skull;
A joyous garden where sorrow is naught
Sprouts with wise buds of gold.
2 We see the essence of arcane powers
Within those jade valleys so great
Where men tremble before azure blossoms
And spirits placidly wait.
3 'Hind gates lie those grey yards
Left behind by mankind later in life
He must learn those whom torment
Create in the soul only strife.
4 "Joy to being!" Cry the angels
Whose place is solace amongst men
And guard the garden gates boldly
And prevent the taint of sin.
5 Joy is the ultimate gift
A sacred emotion in thee
So know that love is the truth
And laughter boundless as the sea.

- Description: This is a fairly optimistic poem about nothing more than my own simply 'happy place' in my mind-- even though I seldom visit it.
