A scar is another skin. It is a mask. It becomes like a shield to the past wound. One scar represented a battle fought, a battle won. It reminded you to be thankful, while reminding you to be greedy. It shows the flaws that haunts you. It can comfort you but tears you down inside. It is a subtle reminder of the past, one that forever travels with you to the end of your days.

I think you may have made it unpleasent in your discription, but before that it was kind of inspirational. I wasn't very fond of your layout either.
