I wish I was born in a different generation,
So I wouldn’t have to see the goddess cry,
Every night she comes to my side saying soon she will die,
So I hold her tight as she cries for her life
And I know that if I could I would do anything to just see her smile,
I would slay the dragon blowing smoke and flames
And the creatures draining her blood in the sea,
So I yell my battle cry and lift my sword up high,
Because I know I would take my knife and end all human life
One by one so she could live maybe for a little while,
Because I can’t stand to see her shed even a single tear,
So I live in mortal fear,
For when she dies so do I.
