    your memory is what i cling on

    your memory slithers away
    and my heart starts to fail
    though my mind will stay

    my thoughts fade
    with the loss of your life
    and into this lake i start to wade
    and hopfully this will end my hearts strife

    deeper and deeper in to the lake
