" Oh Show me, the way to the next poetic Bar. "
I didn't bother to ask why
" For if I don't find, The next Poetic Bar. "
I promise you he will die
Oh moon, guide me south to me
Now that I'm alone on this world to be
I say goodbye to the drunken poet whose kind
He must have whiskey on his mind
And he must have beer on time.
" Oh Show me, the way to the next little girl. "
I didn't bother to ask why
" For if I don't find the next little girl. "
I promise you he will die
Oh moon, guide me south to me
Now that I'm alone on this world to be
I say goodbye to the drunken poet whose kind
He must have whiskey on his mind
And he must have beer on time.
Oh moon, guide me to the bar
I swear it isn't that very far
A drunken man loves his beer
I'm the Guru and he's the seer
I know that man is so kind
But he must have whiskey on his mind
He must have beer on time.
