The rose,
a portrait of beauty,
prickly and painful,
a fragrance sweet and red,
an aurora shadows its call,
covered with droplets wet as the rain,
petals smooth as velvet,
soft and well formed,
a stem stiff as iron,
green as the forest,
but covered with little pricks,
tiny but demanding,
the rose,
stands out from other flowers,
layered with deep lush, a symbol of love,
deep within it's bulb.

- The poem is beautiful, very descriptive. I can easily see this in my mind. You're talented, keep writing, and a 5/5.^^ And, that may be true BunniiSoup, but it does symbolize love very well actually, because it can hurt, and it can die, but it's amazing and beautiful when it's alive.

- I like this. But personally why does the rose have to symbolize love? honestly doesn't it have thorns and sorry but don't those things hurt?? and what happenss when the rose dies??
