Dark Masks

• Artist: Eternal Remembrance
• Description: Shadows of the past haunt us-
  in the form of our tears.
  
  They reflect what has happened-
  throughout our troubles and our fears.
  
  There is barely consultation-
  sometimes even none.
  
  And the shadows always follow-
  forever, until life's done.
  
  The bitter times always last-
  longer than the good.
  
  But people seek to mask that fact-
  by slipping on a hood.
  
  They can try to escape those facts-
  they can try to run.
  
  But tears, they last forever-
  forever, untill life's done.
