A Difficult Pain

This feeling I know is both happy and sad,
Is both happy and sad,
Just be careful or,
The pain will hurt like death.

The beating of the heart,
It goes faster and faster,
But the heart breaks,
When something terrible happens.

The heart beats in rhythm,
In that happy freedom,
In sadness the heart cries,
For it’s locked up in deaths cell

Children know this feeling,
From the warm hugs from both parents,
When one hug goes away,
Half the heart stops beating.

The child knows now,
The feeling I told,
For the child has felt,
The sad love I know.

i'm sorry to hear that but i lost mine too. that's sort of why i wrote it. i'm sorry to hear that you cried at this though.
