I Don't Understand

• Description: Actually this poem is probably pretty crappy but i don't care! I've liked this guy for three years now and i can't stand this! I've tried getting other boyfriends but i'm still not over him. I can't do it any more. This hurts me. It really does.

I look at you every day
I see you glance in my direction but
What does that mean?

Does it mean that you're watching me
or that you just know
that i'm looking at you?

You pass me in the hall
but you only ever
duck your head and
keep walking but i see that
smile on your face.

Oh your smile.
It's not a rare thing only rare
for me to see.

What does that mean when you smile?
I'm so confused.
You're always so hard to figure out.
Help me understand.

I ask you out but again
you just smile and duck your
head and i take that as a no.

Why don't you ever speak?!
I hate this silence!
It kills me and you
don't even know.

Or do you know but
just don't care?
Oh help me!
Help me figure this out.
