    One day you'll be alone and cold
    No one to comfort you, and you will seek a cigarrete
    A gameboy, maybe even a mouse-pad

    Is that your life? Sitting in front of the screen?
    Destroying your lungs, killing your family?
    Playing games every second of every day?

    NO, you must act quickly and stop.
    Dont you see? You're killing yourself!
    Nobody will respect you!

    Will you, for the rest of your life, rely on internet to solve your problems?
    Will you, for the rest of your life, pull a cigarette to make you happy?
    Will you, for the rest of your life, not know whats around you? Live in the clouds?

    I wont, because I saw the light and said,
    "I'm an intnernet addict."
    And I'm smart enough to know what lies ahead!

    I'm taking my life and putting it on the straight line again
    Internet is now just a friend,
    Not a resource.

    And I hope you do the same.
    Why am I the person i am today?
    Because I admit my addiction.

    You too, the only way to stop is to admit your doings.
    Embrace it and make the best out of it.
    You dont have to quit but you have to work out a plan

    Dont make internet a resource, make it a friend.
    Dont smoke just to be happy.
    Play games for fun, not because you're bored.

    Not only will this help you
    This'll help your family
    This'll help your friends
    This'll help your life.

    So belive you can get through this.
    If you dont belive in yourself,
    You'll never be able to conqure your addiction
