• My Spring Break
    This Spring I took a road trip with my Grandpa. On Saturday my mom drove me to the airport in Fort Myers. When we got there we checked in and dropped off my baggage at the check in. Then we went to the gate and went thru security. The scanners at security check if you have any illegal things in your bags. After we went thru the Security we waited at the gate until they would call my name to go on the airplane. They called my name. I said good bye to my mom and got on the plane. Then I set off to Missouri St. Lewis. The flight was 3 hours long. I watched a Movie most of the time. When I arrived at the Air port in St. Lewis my grandpa and uncle where waiting. He and my Uncle Brian picked me up and we went to my Uncle Brian’s house and said hello to his girlfriend and there dog Libby, and there three cats. Then me and my Grandpa got in his Toyota and drove till it was 11:00 pm at night. I called my mom and said good night as soon as we stopped at a hotel. The next morning we woke up at 6:00 am and went back into the car. We drove for at least 6 hours and stopped at a Mc Donald’s and had a burger and fries. Then an hour later we crossed the State border and we were in Indiana. We only were in Indiana for 2 hours and then we crossed another border this time we were in Nebraska. Then we drove another 3 hours to my Aunt Chris’s house. When we got there my two cousins Taylor and Elle greeted us, and so did my uncle Kevin and my aunt Chris. Then we rested for a half hour and we all got into the car and drove to the nearest town named North Platte and ate at Ruby Tuesdays. North Platte was an hour away from my Cousins town which was named Curtis. Then at 8:00pm we drove home and arrived at their house at 9:00pm. After that long drive we went to bed. I slept in my cousin Elle’s bedroom. Her bedroom was painted bright orange and yellow.
