- Think to yourself, what is fear? Is it that little feeling of horror when you walk into a dark room? Or is it hate? When we fear, we tend to defend ourselves. For instance: If someone jumps out at you from your closet, what do you do? Do you scream? Do you stand there, motionless? Or do you defend yourself? The answer for many, would be to defend themselves [ or scream]. But we're off the subject now, let's get back to the fear topic. WE HAVE FEAR BECAUSE WE BELIEVE IN THE UNBELIEVABLE. It's the only reason. We picture ourselves getting hurt, or being in a terrible situation, with that fear. If you are like me, you try to ignore this. My advice: BE YOURSELVES!!

You had me and the fear and the "hate"(loathing). That was good because they truly do go hand in hand. They feed and co-exist off each other. But being yourself won't be the solve-all. what if one's personality is honestly to be shy. To run from the fear. Human nature (primal nature) can be trumped by critical thinking.

- Hmmm I have to say i would defend myself for I do believe in the unbelieveable but that's what makes most of the things that happen in my life believeable biggrin Interesting though.
