    Chapter 9 - Discussion about the Daleks

    *Back at the Hakurei shrine, (An Hour and a half before the 2nd earthquake) Kaolla, Shinobu, Nyamo, Chen, and Ran were busy taking down the tents and booths from the festival. Kaolla was also taking a few things and putting them in Reimu's storage house. Although Kaolla opened the lock with a sonic screwdriver and while she was busy rearanging the sorage house, she found a casket underneath some crates and boxes. Kaolla opened the box and found a maid inside. Kaolla thought Reimu was keeping a body at first, but the maid was actually an android of some sort. Kaolla found a parchment allong side the body. It reads "Ruukoto, She was broken allong time ago and now I keep her in here. She never could clean and do things like I told her too. I don't know is I shouls salvage her or sell her. ~ Reimu." The maid android had green hair, and with a blue maids uniform with a white apron.*

    Kaolla= Now what is this doing here? I can repair her myself.

    Shinobu= Kaolla~san, what are you doing in Reimu's storage house? Ehh... what is that?

    Kaolla= Some kind of android. Im gonna fix her.

    Shinobu= Were supposed to be taking down the tents and booths from the festival, not go snooping into Reimu~san's things without permission!

    Kaolla= It will be fine Shinobu. You worry too much.

    Shinobu= I have my reasons to worry, besides, John, Reimu and the others haven't gotten back from looking into that spaceship that crashed.

    *Later on.... Kaolla had a machine that helped dragg the casket into the Tardis and she began to work on the android. It appeared to be nuclear powered and some components were worn out and with one hour, Kaolla finished the repair and new programing. The old data inside her was restored and new programs were installed in her CPU. Kaolla activated Ruukoto and she sprung to life once more.*

    Ruukoto= Ehhh... wh...where am I!?

    Kaolla= I see your awake.

    Ruukoto= I got to get back cleaning or else Reimu`san will get mad at me.

    Shinobu= Wait.... you must listen first!

    *Ruukoto bolted out of the Tardis and began to clean the shrine grounds without even giving reason. Shinobu ran outside after her and she spotted Ruukoto begining to clean and fold up the tents like laundry, although it was nice and neat.*

    Ran= Huh? What is that?

    Shinobu= Kaolla found this android in her storage. I tried to talk her into ...

    Ran= Kaolla had no buisness searching in Reimu's storage without her concent.

    Chen= Isn't that the robot maid Reimu had when she was a little girl?

    Shinobu= She had her for that long? How old is she?

    Chen= Reimu? Well....eh.... I dunno. She still in her mid-teens.

    Nyamo= What's all the comotion? I keep seeing a maid running arround doing our work. She's not from that manson is she?

    *Suddenly, Kaolla appeared and stood with a confident smile*

    Kaolla= She's all better now. Her name is Ruukoto. Reimu had her locked up and I fixed her. I wonder if we have any leftovers from the festival?

    Shinobu= You eaten it all remember? Besides, your the one here with a serious appitite. You eat the most out from the 4 of us.

    *Some time later, the Hakurei shrine grounds was as good as clean and all the floors inside scrubbed and smelling like freshly clean wood surfaces.*

    Ruukoto= There. Im done. Now to make some tea for all of you. Got to go make tea and dinner.

    *Ruukoto runs off to prepair food and tea.*

    Nyamo= That was quick. She thinks more of work than anything.

    Shinobu= Like I said before, she's some kind of robot.

    (Music stops)

    *Suddenly, there was the fearsome earthquake this time comming from Youkai mountain and the montain shook violently and everyone in the Hakurei shrine grounds felt it.*

    Shinobu= EEEEKK! Did you feel that!? That was worse than the first one. Like the ground shook like a real earthquake.

    Kaolla= That wasn't another spaceship that's for sure.

    Nyamo= AHhhhhh...

    Kaolla= Wheeeeee!

    Ran= How can you be so happy and calm at a time like this! This isn't even funny!

    Nyamo= She's always like this.

    Chen= Im impressed that I got to meet a human with so much positive energy.

    Kaolla= I'll go in the Tardis and check the map.

    *Kaolla ran back in the Tardis and with Shinobu, Nyamo, Ran, and Chen following them. Ran and Chen were stunned when they walked inside the large blue phonebooth, finding tremendous amount of space and room without explanation, and full of very advanced technology inside. Ran was almost speechless.*

    Ran= What kind of box is this!?

    Chen= It's nice and roomy in here. Air conditioner included.

    Shinobu= That's the Tardis for you.

    Kaolla= Look, the map! Im picking up siesmic disturbance in the foot of Youkai mountain. The earthquake scources seem to be artifical. As if someone planted bombs in the caverns of the mountain. I also pick up John's signature there too allong with Reimu and the others.

    Shinobu= OH NO! John must be in trouble. It has to be the aliens who hijacked that federation ship.

    Kaolla= There's more. Reimu, Marisa, and Yukari are heading back this direction, but John's signature remains in the mountain.

    Shinobu= Something DID happen to John.

    Nyamo= I also see there are 3 new signatures non human arround him. Is it the aliens?

    Kaolla= Nope. Their immortal signatures, native to this world. I think their god like signatures, so John is not in trouble.

    Shinobu= Reimu and the others left the mountain and are coming back here.

    *Moments later, Reimu, Marisa, and Yukari returned to the Hakurei shrine and Yukari delivered the news to Kaolla anf the others.*

    (Music dies down slowly)

    Nyamo= Reimu, welcome back.

    Reimu= Where's Kaolla?

    Nyamo= In the Tardis.

    Marisa= What a cool box! Lots of stuff to borrow later.

    Yukari= Not now Marisa.

    Shinobu= Please tell me something bad didn't happen to John.

    Marisa= Oh, he's fine. The Aki sisters and Hina are with him. John's in good hands.

    Shinobu= Phew..... what a relief.

    Yukari= Where is Kaolla? John wants to pass news to her.

    Kaolla= Im right here! John wanted to tell me something?

    Yukari= John told me you might be in for a bit of a shock if I told you.

    Kaolla= Shock? Me, Nah...

    Yukari= It's about the aliens that hijacked that human ship...John said these aliens are called.....Daleks.

    *Suddenly, Kaolla went from a carefree expression, to a shocked and worried and stunned look as something from a vile memory had shooken her.*

    Kaolla= D...D...Dalek?

    Shinobu= Your not telling me Daleks made their way into Gensokyo have they!?

    Nyamo= The ship that tried to pursue us in the vortex trying to catch us.....It had to be them.

    Ran= What the heck is a Dalek?

    Chen= Yeah.... what is a Dalek?

    Reimu= Bad news. That's what a Dalek is. I seen them when they set off those explosives that shook the montain. Every resident in the mountain and anything arround it felt the worst of it.

    Marisa= I hope Nitori is ok?

    Reimu= And the Tengu village is right in it too. Im sure they felt it all. The foot of the mountain is a complete mess. Forests and landscape were toppled and ripped.

    Nyamo= Oh no.....

    *Kaolla closed her eyes and all her glee droped down to a worried and sad state.*

    Kaolla= And yet.... I ended up putting another innocent world in danger.

    Shinobu= Don't blame yourself Kaolla~san. This wasn't your fault. We all had no idea who and what it was.

    Nyamo= So the earthquake was caused by the Daleks.

    Kaolla= I will try to get a lock on the Dalek signals here.....

    Marisa= Please do.

    Reimu= These things are not gonna wreck havok in this world. I seen all the youkai and faries they killed today.

    Nyamo= These things are worse than that, Reimu. Daleks conqor and destroy every world they encounter. In small numbers, they use anything they can get their plunger hands on and make weapons. In large numbers, they allone can wipe out and destroy civilizations. We better do something before things get worse.

    Shinobu= Daleks attack and murder innocent people.

    Nyamo= They killed space pirates too. It dosen't matter if your a good guy or a bad guy. Daleks do what they do best. To obey and fight, to destroy and exterminate. I seen them in the other worlds we been too. They will soon do the same here if we don't act now.

    Reimu= John was the one who sent us back here.

    Marisa= He's probably looking out for us.

    Yukari= But John sending us back here was a wise decision. He knew these girls would know about the Daleks. I suppose you 3 know how to fight them?

    Nyamo= If we have the advantage and had proper tactical, sure thing. But arround a huge land full of innocents and nature your not willing to sacrifise.... that's a big problem. We still had no idea how many Daleks were dealing with. We need to find and pinpoint possible locations of Daleks here and where would they find suitable areas.

    Kaolla= I haven't pinpointed the Daleks but I found some possible locations. One is the Myouren Temple. A place that was moved here by Taoists.

    Reimu= Sounds familiar. I been there once. Full of ghosts, not a place for a picnic.

    Kaolla= And here's another. There is a Geyser area that gives off lots of steam and sulfer. Poisonus to humans. Somewhere that there is a place called Hell's valley.

    Marisa= There is a hermit that spends time there, named Kasen Ibara. We once went to Hell's blazing fires to stop a Yatagarasu from errupting hot springs and geysers.

    Reimu= Don't remnd me.

    Kaolla= And here is another, Hell's blazing fires.

    Shinobu= 3 of the most creepiest places to be.

    Kaolla= Because Reimu and Marisa have stepped into the tardis and activated the navigational system. Daleks chose these 3 places for one simple reason each. Daleks are searching for dead human bodies to create mutations for breeding.

    Reimu= Ewwww! That's ungodly!

    Kaolla= The Myouren Temple has signatures of a desighn that is similar to a masuleum. Daleks are searching for dead to harvest. Next is the geysers, for harvesting chemicals poisonus to humans. Then there's Hell's blazing fires, mainly for industrial use. Daleks love hot climates.

    Yukari= So they plan to use Hell's blazing fires to build not just a facility, but an industrial factory. Like making machines and breeding?

    Kaolla= That's right.

    Nyamo= Anyplace else besides them?

    Kaolla= For now. But we can't just barge in their way and pick a fight. They would kill us instantly. We need to gather as many sentiels as possible and build an army to fight the Daleks. I believe Danmaku may be most sufficent, since Daleks are not used to magic.

    Shinobu= Let's not forget that they can't stand cold climates.

    Reimu= I think Cirno and Letty would help us out greatly. Mokou, Kaguya and Eirin can't die permanently, so that makes 2.

    Marisa= What about ghosts? They can't die again can't they?

    Nyamo= Plus they can's stand childish pranks. They have minds of erashonality and logic. Such games and traps consisting of imagination and spirit would confuse them. Plus they have a weakness of high frequency sounds.

    Shinobu= O hope John can share what we know about the Daleks up there in the mountain.

    (Music dies down slowly)

    *Meanwhile...... back at youkai mountain, Moriya shrine,.... John arrived with Hina Kagiyama, Minoriko Aki, and Shizuha Aki. The Aki sisters looked all worked up and terrified, while Hina looked worried. Suwako and Kanako were both concerned and furrious. Sanae was very terrified and worried about the mountains residence.*

    Suwako= The mountain shook. This is not anything based on nature.

    Kanako= Unacceptable! The Oni, Kappa, Tengu, and youkai are terrified.

    John= You have to believe me. I would never lie to a god. These creatures called "Daleks" found their way here by meanings of a Galactic Federation spacecraft and had tried to follow us and now there loose here in this world.

    Hina= It's true Kanako. I seen what those things did to that foot of the mountain. It was dreadful.

    Shizuha= I seen them Kanako. There these big bronze pepper pot looking things with an eyestalk, a plunger arm and a gun looking thing on the other. They can fly, hover, and use all sorts of machines, including human made.

    Minoriko= I saw them use those horrible looking things thaat explode. They used them to blow up the caverns and they killed many fairies and youkai doing it.

    Suwako= Your telling me these "Daleks" Have no concideration for other life!? That is absolutely horrible! I will not tollerate this period! Do you know what could happen if these things got into the human residence and sacred ground setlements?

    John= I know. I fought these things before. These creatures destroyed Kaolla's homeworld. They almost destroyed several worlds too. I seen the damage a dalek can do. They will attempt to make a holucast and do whatever they can to get their hands on your sacred powers.

    Kanako= Why would these things would do that for?

    John= Because thats what Daleks believe in. There artifical life forms born from hideous Kaled mutations. Their homeworld is called "Skaro", and their of what's left of the Kaleds. A race who were in conflict with another race called the "Thals".

    Suwako= You must know allot about these things. You and your friends must have gone through allot and lost allot to fight them have you?

    John= We got to gather all of the sentiels and form an army before these Daleks raid all of Gensokyo. And stop them before they can breed. They will raid graveyards, rip apart holy temples for treasures, level the Earth for minerals, and will kill any lifeform that stands in their way. That's how bad these things are.

    Kanako= I have to inform Satori and tell her about this alien threat.

    John= Im going with you.

    Suwako= Why do you want to go? Hell's blazing fires is no place for humans if their not like Reimu or Marisa... or even Sanae.

    John= I don't care. Daleks are my enemey's which shoud never had been here in the first place. Aki sisters...Hina... Your friends with the Tengu right?

    Hina= Yes..... What do you want us to do?

    John= Go to the Tengu village and get into all the reporter stations. Bunbunmaru, Kakashi... whatever.... and make a post saying "Ultamate code red......Aliens identified as Daleks." And take this booklet with you. I keep a copy of a Dalek journal incase I run into them again. Hurry to the village.

    Suwako= John......

    John= You should stay and help the residense here. Sanae... you too.... should stay.

    Sanae= I been through a few rough journies myself. I can protect myself just fine. Your acting like this is all of your fault. You had no way of preventing it.

    John= I know how you feel about me. I lack in Danmaku training and have skills only as a simple apprentice. But I have to go to Hell's blazing fires with Kanako and warn Satori. Please...take me with you. You need a pure whitness.

    Kanako= Then we leave imediately. John, im not gonna hold you back anymore. What you say is true, then Satori will have to have a live whitness. C'mon John. I know a shortcut. Let's go.

    *John mounted on his broom and got ready.*

    John= We will be back. I hope....

    *John and Kanako flew and headed off to the cave to the underworld of Gensokyo.*

    (Music dies down slowly)

    *Somewhere deep in Hell's blazing fires...... there was a bunch of mechanloids and machined buildings on the construction of a factory with load transporting vehicles and maitanence robots working on the facility..... and with a Dalek on each branch at observing and at watch.*

    Dalek 2= FACILITY UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND COMPLETION RISING AND CLIMBING TO 34%.

    Dalek 3= MATERIALS FOUND HERE GIVE US A HIGH LEVEL OF ADVANTGE.

    Dalek 1= ALL CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY MUST INCREASE AND ACCELERATE. THERE WERE NATIVES OF GENSOKYO SIGHTED AT THE FOOT OF YOUKAI MOUNTAIN. WE ARE COMPROMISED. ONE OF THE HUMANS SPOTTED WAS IDENTIFIED AS REIMU HAKUREI. THIS HUMAN IS NATIVE TO THIS LAND AND POSES AS A HIGH LEVEL THREAT. THE OTHER HUMAN WAS IDENTIFIED AS JOHN HARRIS, THE HUMAN RESPONSIBLE FOR DALEK DOWNFALLS OF THE PAST DIMENSIONS WE TRIED TO CONQOR, ALLONG WITH HUMANS KAOLLA SU, SHINOBU MAYEHARA, AND NYAMO NAMO. ALL POSE AS A TOP PRIORTY THREAT TO THE DALEK CAUSE.

    Dalek 2= THOSE HUMANS HAVE KNOLWDGE ABOUT US THAT THEY ARE WILLING TO SHARE WITH THIS WORLDS NATIVES, WILL POSE AS A HIGH LEVEL THREAT. WE MUST INCREASE THE CONSTRUCTION.

    Dalek 3= WE NEED MORE WORKERS. WE DO NOT HAVE SUFFICENT NUMBERS OF DALEKS AND OR MECHANLOIDS TO SPEEED UP PRODUCTION.

    Dalek 1= I WILL REQUEST TO DISPATCH A DALEK HARVEST TEAM TO CAPTURE HUMANS AND YOUKAI FOR SLAVE LABOR. WE WILL GO TO THE SURFACE ABOVE AND GATHER SOME LIFE FORMS WORTHY OF SLAVE LABOR.

    Dalek 2= UNDERSTOOD. THIS WILL INCREASE CONSTRUCTION PRODUCTION MORE EFFICENTLY.

    *Later, that same Dalek who requested the report of the construction met the captain Dalek and began to make it's request.*

    Captain Dalek= REPORT!

    Dalek= FACILITY PRODUCTION IS RISING AND HAS REACHED 34% COMPLETION.

    Captain Dalek= I AM DISPLEASED OF THE PRODUCTION SPEED. THIS FALLS BELOW EFFICENT DUE TO CERTAIN TURN OF EVENTS. OUR ENEMEY VESSEL HAD LANDED HERE AND HAD BEEN HERE FOR OVER A WEEK. WE ARE NOW BEEN SPOTTED BY THEM AS WELL. WE NEED MORE LABOR TO SPEED UP PRODUCTION.

    Dalek= I WISH TO MAKE A REQUEST. A REQUEST TO DISPATCH A NUMBER OF DALEKS TO FORM A HARVEST TEAM AND CAPTURE ANY CREATURE THAT IS POSSIBLE FOR AIDING THE PRODUCTION TO THIS FACILITY.

    Captain Dalek= REQUEST ACCEPTED. BUT BE WARNED, WE STILL ARE A SMALL NUMBER OF DALEKS. THIS REQUEST YOU PURPOSE MUST BE TAKEN WITH CAUTION. WE ARE VUNERABLE TO THE FORCE OF MAGIC IDENTIFIED AS "DANMAKU" AND WE CAN BE EASALLY DEFEATED BY SUCH ARTS. DO NOT FAIL THIS REQUEST OR OTHERWISE....

    Dalek= UNDERSTOOD. COMENCING TO GATHER A DALEK TEAM TO HEAD ABOVE GROUND.

    *later with the Daleks.....*

    Dalek 1= ATTENTION. ATTENTION. THE DALEK CAPTAIN HAS GIVEN PERMISSION TO RETURN TO THE SURFACE AND ORGANIZE A GROUP CAPTURE UNIT. WE NEED SLAVES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE FACILITY.

    Dalek 2= UNDERSTOOD. WE NEED MORE LABOR FOR THE CONSTRUCTION. MORE LABOR WOULD SUFFICE.

    Dalek 3= I SUGGEST WE CAPTURE HUMANOIDS, POSSIBLY HUMANS. YOUKAI ARE TOO VIOLENT AND UNPREDICTABLE. WE LACK KNOWLEDGE OF YOUKAI BEHAVIOR AND THE UNDERSTANDING OF THEIR NATURE.

    Dalek 1= THERE ARE BREEDS OF YOUKAI THAT TAKE A HUMANOID FORM, THEY WILL DO NICELY. ARE YOU SUGGESTING WE CAPTURE HUMANS ALLONE? DO YOU QUESTION YOUR ORDERS!?

    Dalek 3= ABSOLUTELY NOT. IF IT'S HUMANOID YOUKAI YOU WISH TO CAPTURE ALLONG WITH HUMANS, THEN IT WILL BE DONE.

    Dalek 1= EXELENT. BRING ALLONG THE BEST MECHANLOIDS AND CAPTURE UNITS AND PREPAIR THE VESSEL.

    Daleks 2 & 3= WE OBEY!

    (Music dies down slowly)

    *Back at the youkai mountain, John was riding on his broom and he was following Kanako down the waterfall. Kanako seemed to not yet be ready to leave the montain.*

    John= Why are we going down the waterfall?

    Kanako= I have someone I want you to meet. Someone who can help us, she's a good friend of me and Suwako. Trust me and follow me.

    *John continued to follow her down the waterfall, and all of the splashing and roars of the waterfall were continuing as it usually did, but John spotted fairies and youkai being all sturred up and trying to attack John.*

    John= AHHHH! What have I ever done to them!?

    Kanako= There always like this. They don't like human presences. That's why they attack humans like this. We try to keep humans out with messages as a warning. We normally don't weclome humans up here, but your quite different.

    John= I bet Reimu and Marisa deal with this all the time?

    Kanako= They always do, and it's no suprise really. Just stay close alright?

    *John suddenly spotted Aya flying down the waterfall at high speeds snapping pictures at John as he raced down the waterfall.*

    John= Aya! Your supposed to be back in the village. What are you doing?

    Aya= Just doing some photography. The Tengu lord told me to tag allone with you.

    John= You got to be kidding me? What about Hatate?

    Aya= She is stayng with them. But I like to know why Hina and the Aki sisters are there with her?

    John= I sent them there! They bare whitness to the mountain disturbance. The aliens are called Daleks. There from another world and their extremely hostile.

    Kanako= This trip is important! You best be prepaired, John said these things are deadly!

    Aya= Ok. Just when we get back, im gonna publish allot of these Dalek pictures.

    *later, they reached the bottom of the waterfall. And found the river that connects to youkai mountain, and Kanako hovered over the body of water.*

    Kanako= Nitori! We need your help.

    John= Huh?

    Aya= She's one of the kappa that live here.

    *Suddenly, a girl appeared from the water, she wore an all blue outfit with a raincoat like dress loaded with pockets and matching wellington boots, and wore a green cap and backpack filled with tools. It was none other than Nitori Kawashiro.*

    Nitori= Master Kanako, what a suprise to see you here. Did you feel the earthquake earlier?

    Kanako= Oh yes, we all did. I got a specal mission for you, plus there's someone I like for you to meet.

    Aya= Hey there Nitori. It's been awhile hasn't it?

    Kanako= You know Aya well already. There's someone new I want you to meet.

    Nitori= Really? Who is it? You don't mean the human dressed up like a tengu riding that funny looking broom?

    Aya= Unfortunately ..... yes. This is John. He's a forenger.

    Nitori= Wait a minnute? I knew he looked a bit familiar. You write about him and got him into a bit of trouble at lake Magus a week ago.

    John= Here we go again.

    Nitori= Although, I always wanted to meet that human. But why are you wearing that ..... oh.... I should'ive known. You were dragged into the Tengu reporter business.

    John= Yep. I tried to sighn up for the festival and Aya tried to write a new job in Reimu's book.

    Aya= Hey... I was only trying to help her you know?

    John= I don't see how it's supposed to help...

    Kanako= Excuse me!? We got some important buisness, and no need to change the subject. John. I need to to tell Aya and Nitori about the Daleks like you told me and Suwako.

    John= Ok. Listen up.... I know the culprits behind the mountain disturbance and the leverage of the foot of the mountain.

    *Later after the discussion....*

    Nitori= I don't believe we would have aliens from space that would actually do such terrible things?

    Aya= So there the ones who crashed that spaceship near the woods of Mayogia.

    Nitori= But isn't Mayogia supposed to be dangerous?

    Kanako= It is. But even the Daleks wouldn't be keen on staying there, as John claims.

    John= Daleks don't like nature, so they plan on finding enviroments that suit them best like places full of lava, or toxic areas unsuitable for nature. Places that they can gather materials and raid graves and such.

    Nitori= Question is.... where do they plan to use matrials if there so high tech?

    John= That explains the fact when they pulled apart that Galactic Federation ship they stole and patched up for their use.

    Nitori= Galactic Federation? You mean the human ship you talked about earlier? I had no idea that they would be humans from space as well.

    Aya= I took lots of pictures of the crash site, but there were nothing usefull to be found. Altough even me and Marisa were hoping to find some souvineers.

    Nitori= Marisa!? Is she ok?

    John= She's fine. She even seen the carnage the Daleks caused at the foot of the mountain.

    Kanako= We need you to come with me to the cave where it connects to Hell's blazing fires, where we would be least detected by those fearsome Daleks.

    John= Remember, Daleks don't like cold or anything with allot of nature. They prefer dark places too.

    Kanako= We need to get John to Satori so she would know the whole story from him.

    Nitori= You don't mean that creepy mind reader do you!?

    Kanako= We have no choice but to take John to her. We can also gather some suitable allies allong the way, including those lower Gensokyo youkai, even though I really wouldn't prefer them, we have no choice.

    Aya= Oh great. I really don't like those guys, especally Parsee!

    Nitori= Or that creepy Yamame who sometimes dirty our waters.

    Kanako= Were best be off. Let's go everyone.

    (Music dies down slowly)

    *Everyone took off and flown to the direction of the great dark cave where the water connects......In the dark cave, where water flows through and the wind blows in... a rather strange cave.*

    John= What kind of cave is this? Where did all of this wind and water flow here for?

    Nitori= That's just the way this cave is. Be careful John, there are youkai that live here that we don't like.

    Aya= There's one that lives here that can manipulate illness so be careful.

    Kanako= I think it's time that John gets some lessons about Shikigami.

    Aya= John has never heard about that before.

    John= What is Shikigami?

    Kanako= First of all, you can either obtain one, or become one yourself. It's like a partner and a servant. For example, Ran is Yukari's Shikigami. Chen is Ran's Shikigami.

    Nitori= Why telling him now?

    Kanako= John might be able to harness the arts of Shikigami. It may help him against these fowl aliens.

    John= Look out, there fairies all over the place.

    *Suddenly, a swarm of fairies appeared firing danmaku bullets all over the area and everyone scattered and dodged the mixed patterns, but John used his sword attack and reflected a few back at them and set some retreating.*

    Nitori= Are you ok John!?

    John= Do these fairies ever play nice?

    Nitori= If they live underground they don't. Besides, there is a place farther down here called the Yama city. I have a sister who lives there and she may be of help.

    Aya= Wait.... you don't mean your half sis Mitori do you!?

    Nitori= We haven't spoken in a long time, nor do we write. I need to take John to see her.

    John= We need all the help we can get. Remember Aya, Daleks NEVER play nice, and it's time to get them where it hurts. Hit them with allot of allies while there still in small numbers.

    Kanako= John, I need to teach you how to obtain Shikigami and how to summon them.

    John= I never heard of that before.... unless back at the other shrine....

    Kanako= It works like a summon. Shikigami must be made into trusting you and like a summon, they serve and protect you. But it consumes allot of magical energy.

    John= It's ok. Im used to using allot of magical energy. It's why I keep lots of green potions in my bag.

    *Suddenly, there was a bit of silence and no other small creature were about... then a girl appeared flying in the air, it happened to be a youkai. She had Brown eyes, blonde hair tied up in a bun with a ribbon. She wore a black and brown dress that's poofy under the waist. She had a yellow ribbon tied around her lower body. It was none other than Yamame Kurodani, the Tsuchigumo (earth spider youkai).*

    Yamame= Now who do we have here? First these earthquakes and now I get visitors from above. A tengu, Kappa, god, and human? What an unusual pair.

    Kanako= Have you seen anything suspicous in here lately?

    Yamame= Not that I know of.

    Nitori= Were not accusing you of anything, unless if your trying to dirty our waters again?

    John= Who is she?

    Aya= That's Yamame, the earth spider. Be careful, she can make you sick.

    Yamame= I seen some few humans, but I never came across one that dresses up like a tengu. Don't get me wrong. Tengu never use brooms to fly.

    John= I know.... So you know these earthquakes are unatural?

    Yamame= Well..... I know earthquakes.... the first one was a bit weak, but the next one was a bit more fierce. Hey, you seem bright, unlike the humans who came to me durring the guysers.

    John= We need your help. These earthquakes were caused by alien invaders. These aliens are called "Daleks" and they mean trouble.

    Yamame= Isn't this a problem for you people who live above?

    John= It's for all. Both above and below. If the above area is hit, then here below is next. You have to believe me.

    Yamame= Well, I could help you.... but.... I don't expect to help you for free.

    Kanako= John, since Me, Nitori, and Aya are more than a match for her, it's your turn to duel her.

    Aya= Yeah, we need to get you trained up.

    Kanako= This guy wishes to make a shikigami pact with you.

    John= WHAT!?

    Yamame= Hmmmm.... Since we underworlders don't get to have that much fun, I don't see why not. But he must make his worth first.

    Kanako= I will explain it all later. Good luck.

    *Kanako gave John a pat on the shoulder and she took Aya and Nitori and flew back from John who was left with Yamame.*

    Yamame= Are you ready human? You got some guts challenging someone like me. If you manage to win, I will help you in any way I can.

    *John got ready when Yamame began to launch her bullets at John. John took time to watch the attack carefuly and dodge the pattern as a few got close to him. John was able to block some of them with his tengu sword. Then Yamame used her spell card, Trap Sign "Capture Web", the a bullet pattern web was shooting arround the area, John was able to dodge it, and John fired tengu symbol bullets from his sword and continued to fire away. Yamame continued to battle John while her spell card was active, and she began to grow a bit tired due to John's barrage weakening her. Yamamae decided to use another spell card. She used, Miasma Sign "Filled Miasma". Another bunch of bullets began to circle arround her and began to spread slowly forming a wheel like pattern. John watched every bullet carefully, and manovered them and John cintinued to dodge the bullet rain.*

    Aya= Looks like your getting better John. Great work!

    Nitori= Hang in there John. Just hang in there.

    Yamame= Oh.... Alright, time to get serious!

    *Yamame used another spell card, Spider "Cave Spider's Nest". Then there was a cocoon shaped bullet rain coming down pouring. John didn't see anywhere to dodge then John remembered a spell card Suwako gave him. He used, Divine Instrument "Moriya's Iron Ring". A bunch of holy rings shot out and blasted away the bullets launched by Yamame, and then, Yamame grew tired and was beaten by the spell.*

    (Music dies down slowly)

    Yamame= Ahhh... Light element....Ahhhh...OK! I yeild! You win.

    John= Yamame, now will you acompany us?

    Kanako= Good work John.

    Nitori= Very good. I didn't expect you knew one of Suwako's spell cards.

    John= Suwako helped me out sometime ago.

    Yamame= You know Suwako? Hmm....

    Kanako= John, tell her about the Daleks.

    *Later after the long discussion...*

    Yamame= Alien invaders huh? I like to get a bit of revenge on those things for what they did.

    Kanako= Yamame, for now on, this guy is now your onmyouji.

    John= Im a what?

    Yamame= I never expected to become someones Shikigami. But if it has to do with saving our world from these things you call Daleks, then I agree.

    Kanako= Thank you Yamame, you will not regret this. Now, John. Listen carefuly ok?

    *Kanako tought John a small ritual on how to form a pact with Yamame and now John got his first Shikigami, an Earth Spider youkai.*

    Nitori= You did great John. Now we need to take the pit below. You should find yourself another shikigami. Im sure you will get used to this.

    John= Thanks everyone. I don't know how I would have done without you.

    Yamame= I have a friend who lives with me, but lately I haven't seen her arround. I hope she's ok?

    Kanako= Let's keep going on further. John, the next youkai below is much harder than Yamame. I suggest you skip using Yamame durring a battle for now.

    John= Ok, I'll take your word for it.

    *So the 5 went down the dark cave tunnel and continued to go down closer to the underworld.*
