• Chapter 2 Discovered

    Weeks have passed since I got expelled and I find myself more and more bored everyday. One night awoke and the moon was calling me. It hasn’t called me in so long I just had to follow. I rose from my bed and went out my bedroom window. I went deep into the forest, and transformed. I heard a gasp come from my left. He was standing there with wide eyes, and his mouth was dropped open. I quickly transformed back into a human.
    “What the ******** have you been stalking me lately?” I questioned.
    “Wh what are ya you” stuttered Max.
    “I”m a ******** werewolf you fool” I shouted. He took a step towards me, and I stepped back.
    “Stay away” I said not wanting to hurt him again.
    “Nickie can I tell you something” said Max. I looked up at him and stared for a moment. I nodded my head giving him my permission. He took my hands in his, and looked me in the eyes.
    “Nickie I love you even if you are a wolf, I want to be with you, and I’m so sorry for all the times I was mean and hurtful” he said. Tears started to form in my eyes. He was a little startled by this.
    “What’s wrong?”
    “I can’t, I have to find a mate that’s my own species” I said.
    “Please Nickie” he begged.
    “Max I” I started when all of a sudden he kissed me. I pulled away and started to walk. He grabbed my hand and I pulled it away continuing to walk. I felt his eyes on my back. I could tell that they were sad eyes. I suddenly stopped walking because I couldn’t stand it anymore. I loved him back weather I knew it or not at that point. I turned and ran into his arms. He hugged me and kissed me. All of a sudden the rain came pouring down. We fell to the ground and got soaked within seconds. I kissed him with a fiery burning passion. I stopped and just listened to his heart beat in his chest.
    “I take it we are together now” said Max.
    “Yeah” I said.
    “Why haven’t you been in school?”
    “You didn’t here I got expelled because I almost killed you” I said turning away.
    “Oh I’m sorry.”
    “It’s ok.”
    “I better get going” said Max.
    “Ok, bye I love you.”
    “I love you too.” We got up off the ground, and he was off. I transformed again, and went off to go hunt. I fell asleep with a smile on my face that night, and the next morning I awoke to my house phone ringing. It was the school, and I was confused. I answered it.
    “Hello” I mumbled my voice still groggy with tiredness.
    “Nickie this is Mr. Johnson.”
    “Hi” I said waking up a little.
    “I was just calling because Max explained what happened and feels that it’s wrong that I expelled you.”
    “Is that so” I said.
    “Yes so I would like to welcome you back to next Monday.”
    “Ok, thanks.”
    “Bye.”
    “Bye.” I hung up my phone and a big smile spread across my face. I got up out of bed, and got ready. I was going to pay a little visit to Max. I was out the door within seconds and driving down the road. He was about a forty minute drive from my apartment. I arrived and knocked on his door. His mom answered and had a scowl on her face.
    “What do you want she demon” she hissed.
    “Mom it’s cool” said Max. She gave him a look, and then walked away. I automatically hugged him.
    “What’s this about?” questioned his mother.
    “Mom, Nickie and I are together now.”
    “After what she did to you?” questioned his mother.
    “Mom it was my fault, I said some pretty nasty things to her” said Max.
    “Fine, but I’m warning you she’s bad news” said his mom in a huff as she walked off.
    “Your welcome” said Max.
    “Thank you so much” I said. I wanted to start crying, but I didn’t.
    “What are you doing tonight around six?” asked Max.
    “Nothing” I said.
    “Ok, well I have stuff to do so I’ll see you later.”
    “Oh ok, I love you” I said.
    “I love you too.” I walked back to my car a little sad. I had nothing to do except go home. Around six my doorbell rang. I got up and to my surprise it was Max.
