Perspective 1
Screaming her head off like a chimpanzee, she had never felt this animalistic in her life before. No, she was not safe in her bed; where all her sensibility would turn to sensation and sex. Though she was sweaty and hot-so fatally hot. The panic coursed through her head. Not controllable, this ripping off of clothing. "Fire, fire, FIRE!" someone was yelling. Thinking to drop and roll was long gone. A swift glance back showed the car; a burning meteor. She had been a part of it, but really she was just a chunk that flew off. It was funny to think that just this last Monday she had requested to use her vacation time. Just yesterday her boss tried to make her work during her allotted vacation time, but she was long gone. It's funny because now she may not make it back before her time is up. The running is wearing her out now. She is quite out of shape you know; she can feel her bones. Without very much skin or even a contraceptive, she is embarrassed when a man grabs her shoulders and tells her to stop. Not even in the bedroom when her clothing disappears, not even then has she felt so shamefully naked very abruptly and all at once. He lays her down. Now her back is on soft feathers. Too tired to feel shame as she lays there, exposed. It's amazing how fatigued she is. Sleeping feels almost divine. Everyone in the hospital is frightened by how she looks when she's wheeled in. They don't cover her face, but as soon as she is carted into the hospital, the ER doctor is certain that she is now long gone.
End of the first perspective.
2nd Perspective
The weather was frigid this winter in Spokane. While he took a pee at the (bleep) crack of a place the convenience store tries to pass off as a bathroom, his brother filled the car's tank with a different kind of stinking liquid. When he first learned that gasoline doesn't naturally have a smell, he used to think that they got the gasoline smell we're all accustomed to from the piss pots sometimes divided into two-one for men and one for women. After the smell was sucked out they could claim that it's disinfected.
He looks through the store's window once he has escaped the stink factory in the rear. There is a major kissing session going on in the backseat of his brother's car. As his eyelashes wipe the window of his eyes, his brother's love invokes a memory of his own.
Her name was Chardonnay. When he first met her he told the gal, somewhat jokingly, that she was a nice drink of water. He truly meant it though. Her eyes were crystals and the more they shone the more he could see inside himself. Every day their conversations got longer and the content, more personal. It didn't take long for her to ask him out. A cascade of arms hugging and holding ensued the next few months. The time seemed too long for just a few months; there was so much connection that happened between them. Even though this was his first girlfriend, he could not imagine the relationship ending. Every time they kissed he went further into her vast mouth, which even though it was smaller, it represented infinity in its intimacy.
Yet their time together was cut short for a reason that he does not know. Now all that the memories of her mouth were to him was an abyss. The closer he had gotten to her, the closer he had gotten to eventual nothingness. His brother is doing just the same with his girlfriend. Looking at those two he is already regretting his decision to spend vacation time with them.
Another crystal that's dangerous for him to put his whole heart into is taken off the shelf. Sure each bottle may be only made of glass, but to him it is a most precious truth; looking through the brown he can see that everything has gone to s****. It's a shame though; alcohol would serve a better purpose if it fueled the cars. It naturally has a pungent smell. Instead it just fuels his alcoholism.
His skin is warmer to the touch, but he just feels colder at his core. Yelling at his brother to crank up the heat was the last thing he said before the key turned and right after leaving the gas station the heater became a dragon. He couldn't take the flame of the dragon's breath. His clothes went aflame and eventually his broken heart went silent.
End of the second perspective
Final Perspective-Mark
As the gas tank got fuller, so did his mouth. Her body was ivy entwined around him. She was engrossed in only him-he wish he could say the same was true for him, but midway through one of dozens of kisses he thought he smelled something off.
"Hey babe, do you smell gas," he asked.
"No. My darling, oh, all I smell is you. Remember last night when we..." and she continued to speak about the thrillingly romantic time they had shared together.
Delicately he removed nearly all of her embrace so that only their hands were touching. The somber mood emanating from his brother shook him. He felt for his brother. His brother was really late in the dating game, which seemed really unfair when compared to Mark. His brother yelled at him to turn up the heat. Mark only expected a spark from the key; what he got was fireworks. The sparks erupted from the dashboard. Then it blew smoke and fire out of the heater. All of a sudden his vision has disappeared. He fumbled out the door. The car was still moving. He yelled, "Fire, fire, FIRE!" Thankfully, someone stopped the car somehow. HIs eyes feel gone. Everywhere hurts. His girlfriend is screaming. His brother is crying. And then suddenly all of the sounds just stop.

Description: (please at least read the first perspective)
This morning I saw a headline about a car in Spokane that just randomly burst into flames. It said that there were 3 people in the car and they all died. In the report it said that they were ripping their clothes off, because their clothing was on fire. I didn't read on to find out what kind of people they were, but I was struck with such an intense inspiration that I came up with what they were like in my head. This is what I imagined: - Date: 01/20/2011
