    I'm lost in the darkness.

    Dreaming of a better tomorrow.

    Does anyone else dream too?

    I don't see why I'm all alone.

    Lost and lonely and dreaming alone.

    My heart crys out for a friend.

    Anyone who cares.

    But all there is is silence.


    I dream of angels taking me away.

    Showing me that there's hope for a new day.

    Is there hope for the everyday dreamer

    Who's all alone in the world?

    I may just be dreaming, but is that a crime?

    I'm dreaming of a better tomorrow

    While the whole world stairs.


    I may not be able to make my dream

    Become a reality.

    But one day,

    Maybe someone will see,

    That my dreaming is better then the reality.

    Maybe they can change the world,

    So that one dreamer's dream

    Can finally come true.
