• Akira: The Darkness Pt 16
    ~As we left off~
    -Akira’s View-
    I started to play with the little wolf pup Nami. She was so cute, her eyes were big and brown and her fur was white as clouds and her paws were covered in red fur.
    “You are sooo cute!!!” I told her, even though I knew she couldn’t understand me.
    “Thanks.” I heard something say. Huh? Did this thing just talk?!! I dropped the pup and ran to Nijix.
    “ It’s talking!!! The puppy talked!!!” I cried softly. My eyes started to tear up, Nijix groaned and walked over to the puppy. They started at each other. A cloud of smoke suddenly surrounded the puppy and a girl emerged from it, partly dressed with skimpy clothes on. She winked at me. Nijix fell over stunned, I guess he didn’t expect that.
    “Nami….why….why now?” Nijix shuddered, his eyes closed. Nami leaned towards Nijix, her skin was bleach white, her hair was red and her eyes were brown.
    “ Because, I felt like it. And nice ta meet ya Akira! I’m Nami Saia! “ Her voice was high as a feather, but hyper as a zebra. We shook hands, awkwardly.

    -Nijix’s View-
    I have to train, Nami to? How worst can it be? I mean Nami is already fully trained as a healer. But fighting? This is way over my head. I sunk down into my own trench of darkness. A rainy cloud dropped over my head. I hate this, I hate being a teacher already especially if Nami is here, she is the hyper weirdest girl ever. And last time I seen her, well she was so in love with Kino that she showed her love by beating the s**t out of him.

    Nami started to walk towards me, she had short shorts on and a red tank top that spelled “ I love puppies, but I Got puppy love for u”. How did that even fit on the shirt?! She hugged me.
    “Why…are you here? Why Nami?” I asked, as she hugged me but I stood my ground not moving to hug her back. Nami giggled and stood back, my katana in her hand.
    “To play of course Ni-Ni! You know I use to steal your sword all the time!” Nami giggled happily, she had that stupidest but cute smile. Akira started to laugh as I tried to get my sword back. Nami ran around slashing at the grass with it.

    “Oh come on Nami! I need that to protect Aki-“ I didn’t get to finish my sentence, Kino appeared behind Nami, a smirk upon his face. He silently and gently took my katana away from Nami. Nami smiled with her eyes closed. They were working together? I can’t believe this, well yes I can since Nami loves Kino.

    “ I told you, I can get his sword away. Did I do a good job master?” Nami giggled, her eyes focused on Akira then at me. Kino broke my katana on his knee, in only one smash it broke in half.
    -Akira’s View-
    As soon as Kino broke Nijix’s sword, Nijix’s pupils turned into tiny slits. Waves of shock and hurt washed over Nijix. I felt like time stood still, for me and Nijix. Was that his family sword? Or something special from a lover?

    “Nijix…are you ok?” It was the only thing I could say, I was only 6ft away from Nijix, Kino, and Nami. Nijix fell to his knees, I don’t know what he was thinking, his mouth was in a snarl.
    “Raiya…gave that to me. For my birthday, Kino you knew that. That was her last present to me. You son of a b***h!! You knew how special that was to me! How can you be so ******** heartless!!! You b*****d, you monster!” Nijix yelled, his anger poured out so much that it scared me a shadow was over his eyes, but we could all see the tears. Kino laughed, and dropped the broken sword to the ground. His arms around his chest.

    “You just called your own mother a b***h, you just reminded yourself of Raiya. And you just called yourself a monster. How stupid can you be? I mean Nijix I never knew you could stoup so low. Your weak, I thought you were over her. Nijix, your pathetic. A waste of my breath just talking to you.” Kino stared at his brother his eyes full of evil, a sly smile upon his face. He wrapped a arm around Nami, and kissed her forehead.

    “That was….Raiya’s sword? Kino you never told me that.” Nami stammered. I guess she didn’t want to hurt Nijix so much. Kino didn’t say a word. He disappeared in a cloud of smoke. Nami stood there, she turned into a rabbit, and cried.

    “ I’m sorry Ni-Ni” She cried softly and hopped away. I ran after her, but she was gone. Nijix was still on his knees crying, and twitching. What did Kino mean he just insulted himself? What is this secret? I picked up the broken katana. And noticed a craving on the end, it read “ R.M”. Did it stand for Raiya? I gave Nijix the sword, he clutched the two pieces in his hands until they bled. I wrapped a arm around his shoulder, he did the same and we walked home.
    “….Thank you….Akira.” Nijix breathed.
