Blooming Of A New Love Flower
A love that can't be.
A love that shouldn't be has it's chance now.
Vampire...
Human...
Lycan...
Love that should not connect.
But as a new flower grows and blooms the can create the can be.
Negative talk and negative thoughts still linger as that line is crossed but crossed with a razered blade that heads for the new blooming flower.
Can this bloom last long as the love that came before this?
The ones dreaming of this flower hope it to last for long as the world lives.
The Place Of Two Sides
A bright lovely place in the sunny day light
Smiles of the children grace the streets of cobble stone
The women chat and plan their plans for the next day with no worries
The Men count their money and go home to loving wife and child
Everything so perfect in the day light of the England's cobble streets
A dark light brings out the danger... fears
Evil grins show up even up in the darkest ally
Everyone locked away in there homes as the walkers of the night come
Scream of a horror fate is heard from the one who braves the black cobble streets
For get the perfect cobble that is now stained in blood of war and hunger
England city of cobble stone is perfect in day but made of blood at night.
Jewlet was heading home from her resent job with her head down. "When my dreams fade and time stops, I will still believe in you. Your lies, Your truths..." She started to sing her heart a little heavy. "Are as dead as I bleed dry. When your words didn't fade my heart it bleeds dry..." She looked ahead of her to see a human and Alacord, a vampire that she had met once before, talking.
A lycan roamed the streets with his teeth barred, and then made a vicious growling noise. "I guess I'll have to stop the hunt for today.... I've already eaten anyways..." He had not luck of finding another kill sense 2 hours had past. "I never would have thought one of them would be here..." Before, he was after the human girl that Alacord had end up talking to and saving.
Jewlet took a short cut, to get home faster, but it was still a long ways away. She just started to hum the song. She thought of what happened yesterday. Her mother falling and braking her arm. Almost being kicked out of the house they shared. Right now just the bad seemed to play it's tune. Jewlet enter an ally way not caring what would find her. Her hum went gloomy and dark. "La la la la... dreams hid the truth that people say is false..."
The lycan made a long howl, gathered himself and jumped onto the high roof of the building and blended in the roof tiles, his actions was more or less a white blur. "I never would have thought one of them would be here..."
Jewlet stopped and looked up hearing the howl. "The walkers of the night have started their hunt." She said before she started walking again. Jewlet looked around as the alleyway ended. As she walked, she kept count of the number of blocks left.
The lycan scanned the area for a full 360 degrees and took notice of a lady, Jewlet, walking near the alleyways, "I see a lady that might do well as a midnight snack... Of course, it might just be another one of them...", he jumped from rooftop to rooftop, getting nearer to the girl, until he was right above her, he glared at her from his position, moving as she moved, to lessen the chance of being spotted by sound.
Jewlet had the feeling that she was being followed, but knowing how she looked and how night walkers talked to her, they thought she was one of them.
A vampire, Jewlet had yet to meet, inhaled deeply and took in the scent of the others around him. He looked down and saw Alacord and Cassie, the human girl. He stood up and jumped from roof to roof. He then dropped silently into the dark alleyway where the lycan was hovering over. He had smelt Jewlet before he had gotten there and then saw her. 'Human,' He thought to himself as he walked over to her, making enough noise to be heard. "Your about to be attacked from above." He said as he stopped, 5 feet from her, his eye's flickering up and then back down to her.
Jewlet stopped walking. "Well I guess, that means I really am being followed." She looked at at the vampire and bowed her head. "Now if I may. I need to get home to my mother." She started walking again with her hands resting at her side.
The lycan moaned as the "Other" one told her of his whereabouts, "Why do "They" constantly spoil the hunt... I mean, I leave the ones they're hunting alone, don't they follow the same principles?", he thought to himself as he continued to follow her, getting ready to jump, at any time he found an easy kill.
The vampire heard the lycan moan making himself grin. But after a second he said "Allow me to escort you home. I wouldn't want you to be attacked by a mangy mutt." He let out a soft laugh at the end and his eye's drifted up, resting on the shape of the hunting wolf.
Jewlet stopped and looked up as her ears picked up a faint sound. "I have traveled many nights along these blood stained cobble." She faced him. "I believe, I will be fine."
"I really don't think your in a position to force me to go away." The vampire said in a flat voice, his eye's narrowing as he looked at her.
Jewlet attention turned away from from the caring vampire and to a man laying on the ground. Her memories turned to her dead father and her ill mother. "Do what you wish." She said bluntly as she walked over to the man. 'Hm. I have found myself surround by walkers of the night and yet I'm still calm.' She turned to to the vampire. "He needs help."
The vampire stared at the man on the ground and said abruptly "Don't get to close to him." He walked over to him cautiously, half bent over in a crouch. He nudged the man in the side with his foot. "He's starving." He stated to himself. He swiftly bent down and examined his face, wondering if he was truly unconscious.
The man slowly opened his eyes and jumped back from the two looking at him. "What do you want?" he asked in a panic. "Don't hurt me!" He cowered in fear, waiting for something to happen.
The vampire bared his teeth at the man when he jumped back from them. Then he stopped and narrowed his eye's. "What? Now this is a first." He said to himself, not finishing what he was thinking.
"Please...don't hurt me...." Ken mumbled over and over again as he cowered in fear.
"Your not a mere human. Why are you sitting there cowering in fear?! Pathetic." Korsu said, straightening up from a crouch, scowling in disgust at his brethren.
Jewlet just watched and shook her head. "A act just for food." She sighed. "Enough of this. Stand up and not act as if your an scared dog." Her voice held a strong tone of her once rich past. "Clam down vampires. It is not the time or place for such a thing."
"I am sorry!" Ken said as he bowed in respect. "I don't remember much about my past, I hardly know that I'm a vampire." He explained. The information was not need at all and nether Jewlet or the caring vampire cared. "I haven't eaten in days because I'm too afraid that I'll kill someone."
"Try animal blood. Tastes tasty though." The vampire said absentmindedly.
"I've tried animal blood, its terrible." Ken said.
The click of heels could be heard down the street as the wind blew cold.
"Someone is coming."
It was another human girl. The girls blood ran cold with fear of the nights monsters. With a quicker, her pace she pulled out a dagger. She disliked the fact her only defense was a small dagger embroider with red jewels, a gift from her father for her seventh birthday. She grabbed the hilt and prepared for something to jump out at her.
Both the vampires watched as the girl came up the street. Jewlet noticed that it was Meline, a daughter of a man she worked for.
"Expecting danger?" The caring vampire said in a semi playful tone.
Meline jumped at the sound of a voice and pulled out her dagger and pointed it at his throat. She flushed and replaced her dagger. "Yes I am," Meline said in thick accent. "Now if you excuse me I'll be on my way." She curtsied and began walking away, resuming her pace and her hand on her dagger. The roads defiantly made her feel un-easy. Only one more street and then she would be home.
The caring vampire turned as he heard, yet again, the sound of footsteps approaching. "My my.. a lot of people out tonight." He muttered to himself.
Jewlet heard more people coming she left without a sound. 'A ghost of a life forgotten and a ghost of today...' She sighed lightly and stopped. Taking a left she took another short cut through the park. Not much farther to go.
Jewlet stopped and looked at the lake that was in the middle of the park. She stood there waiting for the one that seemed to be following her from the sky. "Ghosts of the past come's to haunt me in my dreams..."
Jewlet walked up to the lake and spoke. "Whom has been following me, come out and show thy face!" She turned around looking at the park around here. "I will not run, so show yourself!" She sent out that challenge to her stalker not scared of what that person or monster could do to her.
The lycan crouched down on the grass looking like a shimmer on the ground. He probably could have been mistaken as a ghost to some, but for "Them", they would know that it was him.
Jewlet stood calm and relaxed. She faced the lake again as the moon was now in the middle of the dark sky. Her white hair shined in the moon light as she took a seat at the water's edge, waiting.
Slowly, the lycan crept up to Jewlet. "Her hair looks like the moon itself... My hair used to be like that... Before she bit me..."
Jewlet looked up and placed her hands in her lap. Looking down at the water as she reached out touched it. Lifting her wet finger up she watched the drop fall making the small waves that ran in a circle. The drying her hand on her dress she stood up.
The lycan stopped 3 feet from her and took a long look at her, 'Should I do this... I've already eaten and I do not want to waste her beauty...', he stared at her for a second longer and then continued to approach, making sure that there each step was balanced and the noise minimized.
'Their closer.' Jewlet thought as the hairs on the back of her neck stood up. Closing her eyes, she turned around. With a deep breath she opened her eyes. She looked at the Lycan. His fur was white and a little unclean and his green eyes stood out against that white fur. "Are you the one that has been following me?" She asked straight out.
The white lycan nodded his head, "Yes, I was the one on the hunt...", His claws started to retract from his paws as he stood up, and he walked towards her.
Jewlet looked at him and bowed her head. "Okay. Well you were doing quite a good job until the vampire gave you way." She stood in her place and did a full bow. "My, name is Jewlet Ivie and my I ask yours, hunter?"
The lycan put his arm on his stomach and half-bowed, "My name is Daedalus Parrens.... Jewlet... Such a beautiful name for a beautiful Lady.", His claws started to get longer with each passing second. 'I won't eat this lady... I'll just turn her....'
"Very honored to meet you." Jewlet smiled a little. "You flatter me, Mr. Parrens." She looked at him and tilted her head. "For now I must go. My mother is waiting on me." She started to walk.
Daedalus hurried up to her and grabbed her by both her arms, he gripped on tightly with his paws as he spoke, "You might not make it tonight...." His claws began to dig into Jewlets arms, but it did not phase her.
Jewlet stopped as Daedalus grabbed her, wondering he was doing such a thing. She looked down at his paws that where gripping her. "You may do as you wish, but I still will return to my mother..." She thought of her ill mother as she shut her eyes pushing the pain away. She opened them and looked at him with her light purple eye's.
Daedalus smiled and drew his claw to her neck, "I hope you'll forgive me...", He slid his claw across her neck, a thin red line was visible, "I have officially marked you as a servant... If you want to leave now... You're going to have to accept it... I'll clothe, feed, and provide you and your ill mother with a home.... Or if you do not accept, you shall die here....".
Jewlet spoke in a mild tone. "I'll forgive you." She turned her thoughts to what could happen from this. Servant. That word rang through her head as if she now was chained to the ground. "Well then, I accept." She didn't want to leave her mother alone and then a phrase came to her head. 'To want the death that comes, is to fear the life you live.' She smiled and said, "Thank you."
Daedalus smiled to himself, glad he wouldn't have to kill Jewlet. "Well, Ms. Jewlet Ivie shall I get your mother and bring you to your new home for the rest of your mortal life?"
'Mortal life? Isn't lycans considered mortal. Hm. But is only in the books.' Jewlet nodded her head knowing she could not disagree. She started to lead the way to her shared home.
"Ms. Ivie, wait here. I will be changing back soon and I will need to go home." Daedalus said as he stopped her from walking any farther and that when he realied he had cut her arms open. "Oh, I am sorry. Let me take care of that." He licked the wonds until they stopped bleeding.
Jewlet looked at him a little shocked to see him doing that.
"See you in a little bit, Servant Jewlet." Daedalus said before he took off leaving jewlet alone and easy picking to vampire and other lycans.
She wonder back over to the edge of the moon lit lake. Sitting down, she pondered over the mark that soon would become a long lasting scar. Running her fingers along the shallow slash, she found the bleeding had stopped. "How strange..." Her stomach sent a dizzying pain through-out her body. she found herself thinking of all the things that could happen to her because of this. Then she felt a cold hand on her shoulder and looked up. 'That's not him.' She could see the shine of fangs that only belonged to vampires.
"What is a lovely lady, like yourself, doing out here by your self?" The vampire had asked with a smiled.
Jewlet stood up and faced him. He had long, light brown This vampire she had heard about, he had gained the nick name of Ravager, because of how violent his kills were. She had also been warned that this vampire had been looking for her. "Hello, sir"
Ravager looked down into her eyes and tried to get her to look right into his eyes, but failed. "I have been looking for you, Ms. Jewlet Ivie."
"So, the rumors are true. The most feared vampire in this blood stained city was looking for me." Jewlet said with very little interest in this man.
"Well, don't you want to know why?" Ravager asked her touching her bare upper arm.
'His skin is cold... colder then mine.' It was true, her skin was cold for a humans, but of coarse the cause of that was all the horrid happenings in her life. "Tell me if you want, but I do not care." She said in a blunt voice.
Ravager laughed. "Well, the stories of you are true. Cold, uncaring, and an odd ball mortal." His eyes narrowed at her as he tried to tap into her mind. 'Damn. That's even true. Interesting.' His curiosity about this human grew more. "I was searching for you because, I need a strong woman by my side." 'And one that would easy controlled with out me using my powers.' He smirked to himself. "And you fit my wishes, my dreams well."
Jewlet glared at him, this time actually looking him right in the eye. "I will not take part in such a dream of yours." She said with a cold voice. 'Mr. Parrens, come quickly.' She thought as that vampire moved closer.
"Come on Ms. Ivie. Don't you want to live forever?" Ravager said in a sweet voice that would surely control a weak minded person.
Jewlet back away making sure he could not step on her dress. "Sir. I suggest you leave me be." She hissed.
He smirked with his head held high. "That won't happen, my love." He used his speed to get right in her face.
Jewlet started to finally worry. "Please, keep away from me, you wingless bat." She hissed as he touched her forehead.
"Your mine got it." He said as he close to losing his temper.
Taking one more stepped, she found herself falling into the lake. Her eyes widened as she felt the bitter cold water of the lake. Her dress quickly got soaked as this side was deeper then the other side. She lifted her head out of the water as her body started to tremble from the cold. 'Idoit.' She hissed in her mind.
Jewlet looked very pitiful all soaking wet there in the lake. Standing up, she made her way out of the cold water slowly. "You..." She said shaking as she got back on dry land.
Ravager reached out to touch her, but before he could she slapped his hand away. "That is rude." His tone was harsh as he grabbed her wrist. "You better accept." He pulled her closer.
"Let her go, blood sucker." A mans voice ordered.
Both Jewlet and Ravager looked at the man.
