• Ever Wonder?

    The girl ran into her room yelling out the door at her father, the tears leaking down her cheeks and over her delicate lips. she couldn't take it anymore.... there was just no way. She could hear her father storming up the stairs hear his shouts grow louder and she knew what that meant. It was time to get out of there. she turned towards the door and screamed at him. her voice and her words seeming so much colder then intended. "Why don't you just leave me alone?! What have i done to you to deserve this treatment?! I'm so sick of you!!!! I HATE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!" she ran towards the window and clung to the gutters from the roof. she pulled herself up and ran to the center of it. clenching herself in a hug and having her head down she slowly sank to the roof. she sat on her knees crying for the fifth time that month and she staired up into the sky to see a dove fly by. "Why? Why must you taunt me so much??? Do you hate me? Do i not deserve to fly away with wings that carry you with the wind far from the place you no longer wish to be? Why? Why cant i fly?" her eyes closed she she covered her face with her arms as she hugged herself. everyone could hear her words her wishes and a boy with black hair and red eyes watched her silently from an open window. As he saw her cry saw her lift her head and scream to the sky her fears and her wishes, a small smile spread over his lips. It was not a cold smile but a gentle one. he stood in the window pains and jumped from his window. A black feather fell past her and then landed right in front of her. she looked up at the feather and then she saw a great shadow...almost like a human but with wings. as she looked up she saw the black haired boy smiling down at her with black wings spread out behind him. He held his hand out to her, he smiled and said gently, "come on little dove take my hand and i will show you how to fly." she cried a little more but didnt hesitate. she would do anything to get away from here. this boy, his wings like those of a ravens and his eyes a gentle and deep red, took her hand and when he did beautiful white feathers flew into the wind, and upon her back two great beautiful white wings spread out. she couldn't believe it but it was true... she smiled and laughed. her wings spread out and her hand in his she rose into the sky and flew away form home. thats when the boy looked to her and said "oh by the way my name is Jiyuu" the girl smiled at him and said "my name is Itonami"
