- The reason it looks weird is cause it was actually a scan of my hand I took 4 years ago. I didn't do anything to it at all I literally put my hand on the scanner with a rose haha. I think that the rose looks like it has a different light source because the light of the scanner hit the white quite harshly and white reflects light much more than my skin does.The right side is dark because of the top of the scanner (the part you put over the paper ) doesn't really fit over things that are fatter th

I find this to be under exposed and I cannot find a focal point I want to look at. The shading seems awkward as well, the top of the rose looks like a completely different light source has been put on it, compared to the hand the the stem. Also, it is too dark on the right hand side and unbalances it.
It is beautiful shot, but you could have tweaked some things in it. - Report As Spam
