Description:
Taken on one of the coldest evenings Toronto has yet to see this year. It was about -15 degrees, and even colder near the water. Obviously not dressed for the weather, wearing non-insulated rain boots and a light sweater- aside from catching mild frostbite, this photo made the trip worth while!
