This is a real rose, you can tell because of the texture, and the dots are imprints.

lol... it's definitely not a real rose - if you look at the top and bottom left corner and bottom right corner you can see little dot things that are obviously not natural. Also most natural roses don't have centers like this one - it would either have a more solid bud, in which case the petals in the center would tend to curl inward and not all outward like this one, or it would be completely open with anther and pollen tubes showing, etc.
